At our Property, we prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our guests and have implemented the following safety measures: *Please note that these measures are subject to updates as needed.* ■ Measures by Employees and Staff All employees and staff are required to wear masks. Temperature checks are conducted before starting work, and handwashing and hand sanitization with disinfectant are performed upon entering the Property and throughout the day. Additionally, staff carry disinfectant at all times and ensure the disinfection and maintenance of the Property. ■ Requests to Guests We kindly ask for your cooperation in undergoing a temperature check at the front desk upon entering the Property. We also request that you wear a mask in your guest room, public baths, dining areas, and other non-dining areas within the Property, as well as when going outside. ■ Placement of Disinfectant in the Property Alcohol-based disinfectants are placed in key areas such as the entrance, dining venues, and accommodation floors. ■ Regular Disinfection of Shuttle Service and Various Areas in the Property We regularly disinfect with alcohol-based solutions the Shuttle Service interiors, doorknobs, elevators, and other frequently touched surfaces in guest rooms and throughout the Property. ■ Regarding Meals In the dining venues for dinner and breakfast, seating arrangements are spaced further apart than usual. Meals are served at the buffet corner as usual. We kindly ask guests to wear masks and embossed gloves when taking food. Tongs at the buffet corner are replaced regularly. The dining venues are ventilated periodically. ■ Regarding Public Baths To maintain social distancing, the use of lockers, sinks, and washing areas in the public baths is limited. The sauna is temporarily closed. ■ Temporary Closure of Karaoke Rooms and Mahjong Rooms The karaoke rooms and mahjong rooms within the Property are temporarily closed. ■ Suspension of In-Store Sampling at the Property's Shop Sampling for customers in the Property's shop is temporarily suspended. The above safety measures may be adjusted as the situation evolves. All employees and staff are committed to ensuring that every guest can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.
