Everything—from the hospitality and the Room to the dinner—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied.First, the matcha tea and sweets served as a welcome were delicious.The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, the meat was tender and very tasty, and although the portions were generous, we finished everything. We chose the steak kaiseki dinner, and the meal at the annex “Noto Peninsula” was outstanding. By chance, our dining time did not overlap with other guests, so it felt like a private setting. We enjoyed lively conversations with the head chef and other staff, making it a truly wonderful time. They told us that carefully selected ingredients are brought in daily from Noto, and we could really taste the dedication behind the scenes. They also prepared a special dessert plate to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary, and we received a commemorative gift from the Accommodation as well—making this trip a memorable anniversary celebration. We would love to stay again when we visit Kanazawa.
