Experience the elegance of Kaga cuisine at a traditional Ryokan that cherishes the timeless charm of Kanazawa's "Wa".
We welcome you with carefully crafted dishes made from selected ingredients and a relaxing hospitality.
Everything—from the hospitality and the Room to the dinner—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied.First, the matcha tea and sweets served as a welcome were delicious. The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, the meat was tender and very tasty, and although the portions were generous, we finished everything. The herbal tea also had a wonderful aroma and was very relaxing.Their commitment to ingredients from Noto really came through, and you could feel their love for Noto. The service was also excellent. The Room was just the right size, and we appreciated having a large table. When visiting Kanazawa, I would definitely recommend this Accommodation to many people.I would love to stay here again.
ぷちみるくきゃんでぃ 5/16/2026This was our first stay here. The entire property—especially the Room and bathrooms—was spotless, and the attentive service left a great impression. We chose the steak kaiseki dinner, and the meal at the annex “Noto Peninsula” was outstanding. By chance, our dining time did not overlap with other guests, so it felt like a private setting. We enjoyed lively conversations with the head chef and other staff, making it a truly wonderful time. They told us that carefully selected ingredients are brought in daily from Noto, and we could really taste the dedication behind the scenes. They also prepared a special dessert plate to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary, and we received a commemorative gift from the Accommodation as well—making this trip a memorable anniversary celebration. We would love to stay again when we visit Kanazawa.

Kagaya
The spirit of hospitality at Kagaya originates from the creed of its founding proprietress, Oda Takashi, who always prioritized customer satisfaction. The service of the Room attendants is based on small attentions and considerations. Additionally, the custom of greetings by the proprietress during Room visits, now seen everywhere, began here at Kagaya.
Kagaya Bettei Matsunonami
A property with the ambiance of an art museum, showcasing local traditional crafts and conveying the essence of Japan. We promise a high-quality moment of relaxation and healing with the theme of authentic Japan for two adults.
Kagaya Sister Inn Aenokaze
When Ōtomo no Yakamochi traveled to Noto, he composed a poem in the Manyoshu about the "east wind." This wind from the sea is believed to bring bountiful harvests, prosperity, and happiness, and in Noto, it is called "Aeno Kaze." "Aeno Kaze" has long shaped the rich landscape and nurtured the unique culture of this region. Our establishment, named "Aeno Kaze," aims to bring happiness to our guests.
