The service provided by the Room attendants is based on meticulous attention to detail and heartfelt care. The custom of the proprietress personally greeting guests in their Rooms, now a common practice, actually began here at Kagaya. Taka Oda made it a point never to say "we can't" to guests, approaching each guest with a sincere and dedicated attitude. This spirit has been passed down through generations, continuing to offer heartfelt hospitality that can only be experienced at Kagaya, remaining unchanged and cherished by guests over the years.
