It may not always be offered for reservation, so we appreciate your understanding. 【Information】 3rd Floor: - Water Balcony (Dinner limited to one group per day; advance reservation required) - LUXURY SUITE ROOM / Western-style × 2 rooms (90 sqm each) Both rooms feature private onsen open-air baths on the terrace (swimsuit required) and ocean-view indoor bathrooms 2nd Floor: - Dining Room - JAPANESE ROOM / Japanese-style, WESTERN ROOM / Western-style (50 sqm each) Indoor bathrooms included 1st Floor: - Onsen Bathhouse / Complimentary private use for 50 minutes per group; same-day reservation required - Grand Hall 【Additional Information】 *During the "Atami Sea Fireworks Festival," held several times a year, dinner will be served in-room for guests staying in "Kazeka" or at the Water Balcony for guests staying in "Seiba." *Please note that our accommodation accepts guests aged 10 years and older only. With a ceiling height of 7 meters, the space offers a relaxed and open atmosphere. From the large south-facing windows, you can enjoy the cityscape and night views of Atami, as well as the spectacular fireworks displays held more than 10 times a year right before your eyes. Additionally, we provide an open-air Onsen bath adjacent to a water feature. Indulge in a blissful bath time at your preferred time and as much as you like. The beds are available in your choice of twin or double, and the bedding, including pillows, is our original design to ensure a comfortable sleep. Please note that the open-air bath requires the use of bathing attire. We have rental bathing attire available, but you are also welcome to bring your own swimwear.

    For a relaxing stay for two.

    Dinner on the water balcony was very beautiful. It would have been even better if there was one standout dish. Breakfast was served in the Room, and the rice cooked in a clay pot was delicious. The open-air bath in the Room could be used multiple times and was very enjoyable. The private bath also had drinks available, which was nice. Next time, I’d like to stay on a day when fireworks are displayed. Thank you very much!

    Very satisfied with the long-awaited stay!!

    Finally, I was able to stay at the long-awaited Accommodation Kaihouro. Unlike Kengo Kuma's iconic wooden architectural designs, this building featured stunning glass, water, and concrete elements. It harmonized beautifully with nature. We were fortunate to enjoy both dinner and breakfast on the Water Balcony, which was incredibly satisfying. In the evening, we had a delightful time chatting with the butler over wine at the Bar Lounge—my husband especially enjoyed it. The meals on the Water Balcony were visually stunning and thoughtfully prepared. The sous-chef is apparently a woman, which added a delicate touch to everything. Even my husband, who usually doesn't eat much, ate plenty this time! The staff's conversations made our mealtime even more enjoyable—it felt like time flew by. The private bath was very spacious and included a sauna; it felt luxurious for just two people to use it together. The drinks in the refrigerator—especially the bottled coffee milk—were delicious! With only four rooms available in total, we could relax without encountering anyone else during our stay. We’ve already secured our next reservation! Thank you so much to all of your wonderful staff members for their attentive service right up until seeing us off at departure. We’re looking forward to staying in another room next time!

    If you are visiting ...

    If you are visiting by private car, it is recommended to study in advance. After driving around Atami City twice, I called, but it went through the reservation center, which took more time and almost ruined my mood.
