This is a basic accommodation plan that includes dinner and breakfast prepared by our proud chef. The blue sea changes its expression with each season. We carefully select seasonal ingredients, focusing on seafood from the Atami coastal area. 【Information】 3rd Floor - Water Balcony (Dinner is limited to one group per day; advance reservation required) - LUXURY SUITE ROOM / Western-style rooms (90 sqm each) Both rooms feature private onsen open-air baths on the terrace (swimsuit required) and ocean-view indoor bathrooms 2nd Floor - Dining Room - JAPANESE ROOM / Japanese-style room, WESTERN ROOM / Western-style room (50 sqm each) Indoor bathroom included 1st Floor - Onsen Bathhouse / Free private use for 50 minutes per group; same-day reservation required - Grand Hall 【Additional Information】 * During the "Atami Sea Fireworks Festival," held several times a year, dinner will be served in your room for "Kazeka" guests and at the Water Balcony for "Seiba" guests. * Please note that our accommodation only accepts guests aged 10 years or older. With a ceiling height of 7 meters, the space offers a relaxed and open atmosphere. From the large south-facing windows, you can enjoy the cityscape and night views of Atami, as well as the spectacular fireworks displays held more than 10 times a year right before your eyes. Additionally, we provide an open-air Onsen bath adjacent to a water feature. Indulge in a blissful bath time at your preferred time and as much as you like. The beds are available in your choice of twin or double, and the bedding, including pillows, is our original design to ensure a comfortable sleep. Please note that the open-air bath requires the use of bathing attire. We have rental bathing attire available, but you are also welcome to bring your own swimwear.

    We had a wonderful time.

    Dinner and breakfast on the water balcony were wonderful. The food was delicious, and we had a great time. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, but there were a few points that concerned us. We share them in the hope that things can be improved further. The glass door to the changing area made a fairly loud squeaking noise when opening and closing—loud enough to wake someone in our room. It seems like it could be fixed with a bit of oil, so we hope this can be addressed. Also, the wall-mounted remote control for the bidet toilet seat was loose and tilting as if it might fall off. This does not seem difficult to fix, so we hope it can be repaired. Regarding the meals: everything was very tasty, but some dishes had slightly chipped rims. The chips were not large, but there were several items rather than just one, so it stood out. In addition, at check-in we received an explanation of the IKYU Diamond benefits and selected a Fufu souvenir from them; however, at check-out it was not prepared and we did not receive it. This is likely due to insufficient communication among staff members. If improved, this would become an even more wonderful Accommodation. It is already an excellent Accommodation, and we would be happy if it becomes even better.

    Located on a hilltop...

    Located on a hilltop with stunning views. The Facility is excellent, but the design feels a bit dated. I was concerned about trash on the stairs and near the entrance. It was disappointing that there was no hot water from the shower. The meals were great, especially the sashimi and fish.

    Immerse yourself in an extraordinary escape, beautifully staged with water, glass, and light.

    From the approach from the entrance to the water balcony and down to the finest details of the Room, the entire building was filled with a unified symphony of water, glass, and light. Combined with the dramatic presence of Atami’s sea, it delivered an extraordinary escape from everyday life. I believe this is truly the result of a designer’s outstanding expertise brought together in one place. The staff were also very kind, allowing us to make full use of every Facility and fully enjoy a charm that can only be experienced here. In particular, what exceeded our expectations in hospitality was being able to have both dinner and breakfast on the water balcony, as well as receiving a birthday surprise. Thank you again. To help make this an even better Accommodation, I have listed below some points for improvement: - The indoor air conditioner is too loud during operation - Some towels still had odors - The gap between the bathroom faucet and bowl is narrow, making it difficult to wash hands - The parking area is extremely tight (the entrance is narrow) - At night, some floor lights on the water balcony are broken and flicker Next time, I would like to return in a different season. I look forward to staying with you again.
