    This is an excellent Hotel in every respect—Room cleanliness, staff hospitality, delicious meals, and amenities such as towels and slippers.The location is also great, and my daughter always looks forward to visiting the Familia flagship store.You won’t have any trouble finding dinner options nearby. It has become our regular Accommodation whenever we stay in Kobe.

  • It was a comfortable stay.

    This was my first stay, and they upgraded my room. The Facilities and amenities were thoughtfully provided, and I had a comfortable stay with no inconveniences at all. I’m sure the club lounge is wonderful as well, so next time I made a Reservation with lounge access. The takeout Basque cheesecake was also outstanding.
