  • Stay for a Family Trip

    This was my first stay here, and it was extremely satisfying. I stayed at Shangri-La the day before, but this exceeded my expectations (of course, I also like Shangri-La). Every staff member I met provided impeccable service, and it felt truly pleasant. They kindly accommodated a Room upgrade and late check-out as well, making it a genuinely fulfilling stay. The complimentary minibar was great, and personally I especially loved the bathroom. With the upgrade there was also laundry available, so I could do my washing—overall I was truly satisfied. Although I often stay at Shangri-La, Palace, or Ritz, I would like to recommend this place to friends as well. Sitting in the Room’s arflex chair, enjoying minibar drinks and snacks while reading—it was absolutely wonderful!! Thank you very much!!

  • A Hotel where you can enjoy your stay

    Everything—from the Room and the staff to the meals—made us want to come back. The Room was truly stylish, with each item carefully selected, and we really enjoyed it; it was so relaxing that it hardly felt like we were in the city. When we mentioned at the front desk that we were staying for a birthday, they kindly prepared a birthday dessert plate at Rossi on the 20th floor and even wrote a message on a plate at breakfast, which made us very happy. We would definitely love to visit again.
