A long-established Ryokan offering panoramic views of Miyajima, where you can enjoy Shioyu Onsen and locally sourced cuisine.

A breathtaking location with panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea and Miyajima’s iconic “Great Torii Gate” right before you. Savor a vibrant kaiseki course that delights all five senses with the best of Hiroshima and Miyajima from both sea and mountains, and enjoy the “natural saltwater Onsen” that springs from this sacred island. For a special day with someone dear, or as a soothing reward for yourself. Honoring and evolving our spirit of hospitality since 1902, we offer you a gently luxurious moment where time flows unhurriedly.

  • Dinner was served slowly in our Room, allowing us to relax as a parent and child without worrying about others. I was also impressed by the wide variety of side dishes at breakfast. In addition, the Onsen warmed my body thoroughly and was very soothing. Above all, the staff provided attentive service. I truly recommend this place. Thank you very much.

  • A long-established Accommodation, but beautifully renovated; the in-Room bath was the deciding factor, so we stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay. The hospitality was outstanding, and everyone was truly kind to us. The Room was spotless, the bath was spacious, and from the window we could see a beautiful sunset and the torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine—I’m really glad we chose this Accommodation. Breakfast changed each day, and with salads and drinks offered buffet-style, we were able to eat well. The upper-floor lounge is well equipped, and the library has many great books, so we enjoyed a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant called Mametanuki is also delicious. I don’t think I’ll have another chance to visit Miyajima for a while, but I would recommend this Accommodation to anyone planning to go.
