    The Hotel was, of course, absolutely wonderful, and all the staff greeted us with great smiles and warm hospitality. The Facilities within the resort were fun and varied, so we could enjoy a full day without getting bored. We stayed for a special anniversary, and my family was very satisfied as well.     We stayed here for our honeymoon.Our request for an upper-floor Room couldn’t be accommodated, but they kindly gave us flowers and a photo frame for our honeymoon.The weather was bad so we couldn’t use the pool, but the view from the Room and the atmosphere were truly wonderful.All the staff greeted us with smiles, and we had a very pleasant stay.We stayed for two nights, and it made us not want to leave.We definitely want to come back again.

About Hygiene Measures
[Resort Hygiene Measures] At Shigira Bayside Suite Allamanda, to ensure a safer and more comfortable stay for our guests, we will implement the following hygiene measures and controls in accordance with the guidelines and rules recommended by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. [Hygiene Management] - If a guest is found to be unwell, we will provide support so that they can promptly receive a medical consultation. - All air-conditioning units throughout the property, including guest rooms, operate 24 hours a day even when rooms are vacant, to continuously circulate fresh air. - Water-soluble alcohol disinfectant is available throughout the resort for both guests and staff. - Based on resort-wide disinfection procedures and SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for food handling, staff receive hygiene management training such as cleaning methods for guest service areas. [Disinfection Procedures] - We carry out wipe-down disinfection throughout the property, including public spaces, using “HB Quat,” a disinfectant capable of virus inactivation. - We also perform wipe-down disinfection on frequently touched surfaces (front desk counters, doorknobs, light switches, telephones, touch panels, elevator buttons, remote controls, vending machines, etc.). - For Shuttle Service vehicles and buses: virus-inactivation products containing chlorine dioxide as the main ingredient are placed inside vehicles; additionally, interior wipe-down disinfection is performed after each boarding/alighting.
