  • Anniversary Stay

    We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. This was our third stay, following our honeymoon and our 10th anniversary. Each time, we have stayed in the same Room. The warm hospitality has never changed, and we were able to spend a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much!

  • Best Ryokan of 2026: Done!

    We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Since it’s not an easy place to reach from the Kanto area, we chose what seemed like the best option and stayed in the Amanoza Suite. The spacious Room overlooking Lake Akan was spotless, well laid out, and wonderfully relaxing. Someone here clearly loves great sound—the Marantz audio system (a classy choice!) paired with BOSE floor-standing speakers delivered beautifully rich music. The meals were delicious, authentic kaiseki cuisine, and the late-night curry was absolutely outstanding. Above all, every member of staff was exceptional. From the concierge and front desk to the bar team, their words and attitude consistently conveyed a genuine desire for guests to enjoy themselves, and it made us truly glad we chose Hina no Za. In particular, because it was my wife’s birthday (even though they looked extremely busy), we were deeply moved when a staff member folded a flower from shikishi paper right there at dinner. It became an unforgettable stay. Thank you very much for everything.
