We stayed with my son’s family on this trip. Traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we had some concerns, but even though we made separate Reservations for two Rooms on different dates, the staff kindly arranged for us to dine together and showed thoughtful care in many ways, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much. It became a wonderful memory. My son’s family also said they would like to come again, so we hope to visit again as well.
Tabi daisuki 8/6/2026From the moment we arrived, we received attentive guidance. The property is spacious but easy to navigate, and the complimentary lounge was very helpful. There were plenty of staff members, and their greetings were warm, making our stay very pleasant. I briefly greeted the proprietress at breakfast, and I was truly moved when she recognized me at checkout and said, “Thank you for earlier,” just from seeing my face. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but they handled it courteously and returned it properly according to my schedule. Thank you for all your help. We would love to visit again.
