In October 2007, a new Property, "Shiratama no Yu Kaho Bekkan Koshinoyato," opened in Tsukioka Onsen, a place cherished as the "Onsen of Beauty." This Property offers all-suite accommodations, combining the functionality and privacy of a Hotel with the heartfelt hospitality of a traditional Japanese Ryokan, focusing on ultimate comfort. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding rice fields and distant mountains. Upon its opening, we have been dedicated to reviving the spirit of "Echigo no Sato" by creating a space that harmonizes with the local ecosystem. This includes constructing ponds and planting vegetation that supports the area's unique biodiversity. Our goal is to create a place where both the mind and body can find true relaxation, embodying the essence of living in an Onsen town.
I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.
仙台の農業魂 8/16/2026With a large public bath, a lounge available to all guests, a garden, a pool, and table tennis facilities, I think it’s an excellent Accommodation. The large public bath at Bettei Koshinosato seemed to have richer Onsen water, just as rumored. The meals were delicious as well. I think the breakfast fish would have been even better if it had been served warm.I also wished the alcohol selection in the Bettei lounge had been a bit more extensive.
