    Outstanding hospitality!

    We were satisfied with everything. Neither the garden pool nor the indoor pool was crowded, so the children could play freely with floats and other pool toys without worrying about others. The layout made it easy to go straight to the bath area, and we were impressed by the thoughtful touches—towels and bath towels were provided in the pool changing room, and plastic bags for wet swimsuits were available at the entrance to the baths. The buffet had a great variety of dishes and everything was delicious. We also had a birthday cake delivered to our Room, and it came properly prepared with a lighter for the candles and a sharp knife. The Onsen was wonderful as well—the spacious open-air bath felt amazing. We stayed in two Rooms (a Japanese-Western style Room and a Panda Room) with four adults plus two children aged 7 and 3. When we returned from dinner, futons had already been laid out in the Japanese-Western style Room. The Rooms were clean, spacious, and our children loved them. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to return to next year!

    Family-friendly

    I occasionally travel with my grandchild, and since this is their favorite Hotel, we have stayed here several times. With a pool and illuminations, my grandchild seems very satisfied and often asks to visit Koganoi again. The buffet also seems enjoyable for children.

    This was my first vi...

    This was my first visit. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, but as it's an established Hotel, there were quite a few people. The building shows its age, but the staff were incredibly kind and very attentive. Everyone greeted us with smiles, making our stay very pleasant—thank you! The bath was spacious, and the standing bath was particularly enjoyable. Complimentary drinks provided after bathing were also delicious.
