    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a family trip. There are plenty of kid-friendly facilities—such as the pool, illuminations, and a playroom—so we had a great time. Our children were thrilled and kept saying, “We want to come again,” and as parents we were very satisfied. The hot springs were wonderful, and we really appreciated being able to use as many towels as we needed at both the hot springs and the pool, which made everything comfortable and stress-free. The staff were also polite and kind. The only thing that bothered us was having to wait for the elevator at times. As for dining, there were some lines at dinner buffet stations where chefs cook in front of you, but it wasn’t enough to be an issue. At breakfast there was a queue during our time slot because it’s split into two sessions, but I suppose that’s unavoidable during busy morning hours. It was a lovely hotel that made us want to come back again!

    The meals and the bath were excellent.

    Dinner—the steak and turban shell in particular—was outstanding. My daughter loved the steak and went back for seconds again and again. Every other dish was also top-notch, and we ended up eating until we were completely full. The baths were wonderful too; the infinity open-air bath was amazing and incredibly relaxing. If I had to ask for anything, I’d like the buffet dining area to be a bit brighter, and since the live kitchen at breakfast was so popular that lines formed, it might improve satisfaction even more if guests could be spread out a little better.
