    A classic Hotel with a castle view

    Except for the extremely disappointing service from the male front desk staff, the property feels somewhat old but is well maintained and very clean. There is a lounge and a restaurant, and there are also calm breakfast spots and coffee shops nearby. As it is in the city center, it is very convenient, with the castle right in front. The airport bus stop is also close by, which is convenient.

    It was a traditional, very calm Hotel. Conveniently located near the downtown area, department stores, streetcars, and bus stops. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Wonderful

    I stayed here on the 10th anniversary of the earthquake. The guidance to the parking lot and the service made it feel like a top-class Hotel. Stay strong, Kumamoto!
