    We stay here every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the fruit gift. Depending on the timing of our stay, we were a little disappointed that there was no ice cream or ramune available during afternoon tea. Also, while we understand it may be for environmental reasons, having sparkling water and still water provided via dispensers rather than bottles made the lounge experience feel a bit less special.

  • It was the best Plan for a hot summer.

    On a hot summer day, I was able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. Dinner was at Fiorentina, and we chose mainly seafood from both the seasonal menu and the à la carte options—everything was excellent and we were very satisfied. We are also grateful for the staff’s service and hospitality. Breakfast was the buffet at French Kitchen, which was delicious as well, and I was especially happy to have Japanese dishes available. The Room was very comfortable, and it made me want to stay one more night. Next time, I would like to upgrade and stay in a Room on a higher floor with a great view. I look forward to seeing another wonderful Plan in the future.
