Thank you for choosing Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu.
In accordance with legally required electrical inspections, a full-building power outage will be carried out on the date and time below.
■ Date & Time
Monday, November 9, 2026, 11:30–15:00
■ Facilities Unavailable During the Outage
- In-room electrical equipment such as lighting, power outlets, and TV
- Air-conditioning Facility (room temperature control will not be available)
- Hot-water supply Facility (hot water will not be available)
- Vending machines and ice machines
- In-room telephone
■ Elevators
Elevator service will be suspended during the outage.
*Please note that a service elevator may be available during certain hours. For details, please contact the front desk.*
■ Restaurant Operations
Restaurant “L’Arbre” and Japanese restaurant “Karamatsu” will be closed for lunch on that day from 11:30 to 15:00.
■ Request to Guests
If you plan to use electrical devices such as laptops during the outage period, please unplug them in advance.
