The view was absolutely satisfying.
Thank you for preparing a spacious Room on the top floor; the view was very soothing. It was less than a 10-minute walk to Susukino, and walking from Susukino to Sapporo Station via the underground passage, we arrived in no time. Above all, the Room was quiet and we were able to relax without stress, so we were very satisfied—and we used the massage chair many times. The parking staff were also kind. Breakfast was decent. The menu was well laid out within that space with good traffic flow. We would love to stay with you again when we visit Sapporo.

I had mistakenly made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but you kindly changed it to non-smoking and even upgraded it, which was a huge help.Since this stay was for my guest, I truly appreciate your support.My guest also said it was a very nice Hotel, and everything went smoothly with my work.As they were visiting from Honshu, they seemed to really enjoy Hokkaido—having Seicomart nearby, as well as Susukino and Nakajima Park.
