  • It was amazing!

    This was a Hotel I had always wanted to stay at when visiting Hokkaido. We were all looking forward to it as a family, but our flight was unexpectedly delayed... We had planned to relax and take our time, but we ended up arriving much later than expected. Although we were disappointed, the Hotel staff kindly accommodated us by adjusting various arrangements and welcoming us warmly, which made us very happy. The views from the Hotel were also wonderful everywhere—at the lobby, entrance, baths, and our Room on the Lake Toya side—and it was amazing to watch how the scenery changed throughout the day. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious, and we truly felt like we were living in a dream. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused during this stay, but we made unforgettable memories. Thank you very much.

    From August 7, 2026, the club lounge “CIEL et NUAGE” opened on the top floor (11F) of the Hotel.

    CIEL et NUAGE means “Sky and Clouds” in French.

    Located on the top floor overlooking Lake Toya, this club lounge is a private space for select members and eligible staying guests. Beyond the windows, blue skies stretch wide as clouds drift by and the lake surface sparkles in the morning sun. Hokkaido’s magnificent nature changes moment by moment, adding an elegant touch to your stay. Enjoy seasonal sweets and light bites during tea time, and unwind with drinks during cocktail time.
