Introduction of the Plan
This is the basic Plan with one night stay and two meals at our facility.
This is our basic course for the 1-night, 2-meal hospitality cuisine Plan. We offer monthly changing dishes (basic course) that make the most of seasonal ingredients. Prioritizing seasonal ingredients, we focus on Japanese-style creative cuisine centered on seafood, a specialty of Izu, while also incorporating meat dishes to create a "dinner" menu. ■ Dining Location ■ Dinner and breakfast will be served either in a private dining room in the restaurant area or in your Room. However, you cannot choose between the two. ■ Dinner ■ Enjoy Japanese-style creative cuisine carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients sourced locally and from The whole country. *The photos of the dishes are examples. ■ Breakfast ■ Our breakfast, served with the refreshing morning air, offers a variety of dishes in moderate portions for you to enjoy. *The photos of the dishes are examples. ■ Natural Onsen ■ The top floor features a large public bath and an open-air bath. At the post-bath area, we provide complimentary ice candy and a vending machine for bottled milk (for a fee). Soak in the Onsen multiple times to relieve your daily fatigue, then cool down at the post-bath area while relaxing in a massage chair. ■ Room Amenities ■ - DVD-Compatible Video Deck Rental If you inform us in advance, we can set up a video deck in your Room so you can enjoy your favorite movies on a large-screen LCD TV. However, please note that the number of units is limited. - Amenities for Young Children We provide special amenities (slippers, mini towels, toothbrushes, etc.) for children aged 2 to 5. We also offer children's Room wear and yukata. ■ Shuttle Service Information ■ We offer a free Shuttle Service from the nearest station, Izu-Nagaoka Station. Please contact us in advance. Pick-up (from Izu-Nagaoka Station): 14:00 / 14:45 / 15:30 / 16:15 Drop-off (from Shoutoukan): 9:20 / 10:10 / 11:00 - The Shuttle Service will not operate without a Reservation. - Seats are limited, so Reservations are required. - For pick-up, please contact us at least 20 minutes before the departure time of your desired shuttle. - If the shuttle is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your Reservation for the desired time. - Please understand that the operation times may change due to road conditions or other unavoidable circumstances.

Special room with semi-open-air bath "Tsuki"
This is our highest-ranked Room. It features a private semi-open-air bath, offering a sense of privacy and relaxation! You can enjoy the open-air bath in your Room at your leisure without worrying about time. The beds are Simmons beds for ultimate comfort. From the Room, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mitsuhama's sea and Mount Fuji across Suruga Bay. The semi-open-air bath in the Room is equipped with sashes to protect against rain and wind. *Please note that the Room is non-smoking. I stayed here to celebrate my parents’ retirement, and they were very happy with it!
We could even see Mt. Fuji—just as my parents had always said—and we were very satisfied! We stay at various Ryokan, but the meals here were especially generous and delicious. The staff were kind to our child as well, and our child seemed to love it the whole time and stayed in a great mood. We’d love to stay again when we visit Shizuoka!

Family Trip
This was our first time staying here for a family trip, and we chose a special room. The room was very spacious, clean, and featured large glass windows offering stunning views of the ocean and Mount Fuji—an incredible location! We had informed the staff in advance about concerns regarding my elderly mother's mobility, and they made thoughtful accommodations throughout the accommodation, allowing us to stay with peace of mind. Both the private bath and public baths, including the open-air bath, were clean and very relaxing. I especially remember how breathtaking the scenery was during our morning visit—it left such a lasting impression. The meals were excellent as well. Being close to the sea meant that seafood lovers like us were in heaven! Even the men in our group were completely satisfied with their full stomachs. Lastly, I must mention that "Yamamusuhi," a snack provided in our room, was so delicious that we’ve continued purchasing it even after returning home—it’s now one of my favorites!

Special Room?
Stayed in the best room. Although I arrived a bit early and was met with an unpleasant reaction from bell service or male staff, all the female staff provided excellent and pleasant service throughout. The training by the proprietress seems to be consistently good. The meals were a mix of Japanese and Western styles, with great content, and breakfast had a traditional Ryokan feel which was delightful. I usually stay at Ryokans costing around 150,000 to 300,000 yen, but the attention to detail in customer service here was truly impressive. The room had an Onsen bath; however, it seemed to be a circulation system rather than free-flowing spring water? If it were free-flowing Onsen water, it would have been perfect. There was a slight chlorine smell that stood out—understandable for disinfection purposes as high temperatures can promote bacteria growth... Still, this is such a wonderful Ryokan that I would love to visit again!
