  • Staying on the Lounge Floor for Our Wedding Anniversary

    This was our third stay on the lounge floor.Everyone—front desk staff, floor staff, bell staff, and lounge staff—was full of hospitality and treated us with great care, so we were able to enjoy another comfortable and pleasant stay.When we visited the lounge at tea time, they remembered the name of our five-year-old daughter and spoke to her kindly. Their thoughtful attention made us very happy and left a lasting impression.The Room was, of course, spotless—gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The food in the lounge was also high quality; this time, in addition to the standard offerings, there were seasonal dishes as well, which made it even more enjoyable.We also used the spa and gym and felt refreshed both physically and mentally. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay.No matter how many times we visit, it’s one of our favorite Hotels that always makes us want to come back. We would love to return again.

  • It was a wonderful stay.

    We stayed for a family birthday trip. After informing the Hotel in advance, they thoughtfully prepared a message card and other items, and the staff also congratulated us, which truly moved us. The Room and the club lounge were even better than we had imagined, and we were able to fully enjoy Umeda at night. The views from the upper floors—of the Ferris wheel and Hankyu trains—were fascinating, and from the club lounge we could also enjoy scenery toward the Yodo River. We also appreciated that they stored our luggage before check-in. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again.
