    This was our second stay, as my wife—who loves Kyoto—requested, “If we’re staying in Kyoto again, it has to be Granvia.”We stayed in a Granvia Twin room.Through the large glass window directly in front of us, we enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view of Kyoto Tower, Higashi Honganji Temple, and the cityscape. The room was just the right size for two people to relax comfortably, and the amenities and facilities provided both a special travel experience and the comfort of home.Everyone who assisted us with check-in and check-out at the lobby, luggage storage and retrieval, as well as staff we passed on our floor, offered pleasant service that reflected true professionalism, making our stay extremely comfortable.Most guests—including those who seemed to be visiting from overseas—were calm and considerate, so even brief interactions in places like the elevator or lobby became enjoyable moments and great experiences.We had a truly wonderful time. My wife was very satisfied and is already saying she wants to stay here again next time.It’s an excellent hotel that exceeded its price.

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip, and the room we were shown was on the Kyoto Tower side—apparently we were upgraded.Thank you very much.The Granvia Lounge in particular was excellent and well stocked; afternoon tea included parfaits and sandwiches, and during cocktail hour there were delicious light bites as well, so we left feeling completely satisfied.The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, making our stay truly comfortable.With direct access to Kyoto Station, the location is extremely convenient, and we would love to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.
