A 10-tatami Japanese-style room and a 6-tatami bedroom are available. The 6-tatami bedroom is equipped with one queen-size bed. The 10-tatami Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 4 guests with futons, and the bed can accommodate 2 guests, allowing a total of up to 6 guests. We provide 100% natural hot spring water, directly sourced from the mountain spring, without any heating, circulation, or filtration, even in the guest rooms.     We stayed over the weekend. When we arrived at the Ryokan, a man greeted us politely, and we felt excited, thinking it might have a nice atmosphere. After being shown to our Room, we had some time before dinner, so we went to the Onsen. The open-air bath felt wonderfully rustic and was very enjoyable. However, when we returned to the Room, my wife tried the indoor semi-open-air bath attached to the Room and suddenly screamed. She said the water was far too hot to enter. I checked as well—it felt close to 50°C. There was no faucet or anything to add cold water. It was dangerously hot—hot enough to cause burns. We pulled ourselves together and went to dinner. Dinner was served in a private tatami room with a table and chairs. It was kaiseki-style cuisine, but honestly it wasn’t good. There were no vending machines in the Ryokan, so even if you got thirsty late at night you just had to endure it. The worst part was breakfast. When we went into the dining area in our Room that morning, all the dishes were already set on the table. We were about to eat… but there was no rice. “Excuse me—could we have rice?” The attendant said it still wasn’t cooked…? Even though they had specified our breakfast time themselves. So we ended up with natto, egg, and yudofu without rice—something I’d never experienced before. The rice eventually arrived later. I think others should consider carefully before booking. I’ve stayed at many Ryokan over the years, but this was my first experience like this. I won’t be returning.
