    It was a wonderful Ryokan that fully met our expectations. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the attendant’s efficient service and clear explanations of the dishes during our in-room meals were also very good. We traveled mainly for the Onsen, and it truly was outstanding—especially the large open-air bath, which was full of atmosphere.　Dinner and breakfast were both luxurious, delicious, and very filling. It truly felt like an Accommodation blessed with abundance.

    As a senior who isn’t confident driving, I really appreciated that Sanraku offers Shuttle Service from the nearest station, and it’s also just a short walk from the local bus stop.There were no cluttered notices anywhere—just a beautifully maintained garden tended with great care, birdsong, attentive hospitality, and thoughtfully prepared dishes that highlight the quality of the ingredients. The Onsen water felt wonderfully silky, and in the quiet atmosphere at Sanraku, everything was simply outstanding.I chose this Accommodation to visit Onsen Shrine, but it was so relaxing that I almost forgot my original purpose. Both my mind and body were truly healed.The homemade karasumi and salt-grilled ayu were all delicious. The simmered kinki (extra charge) was exceptional. I also enjoyed chatting with the staff—before I knew it, two hours had flown by.One small issue: the labels on the facial cleanser and skincare amenities were hard to understand, which made things a bit difficult.It’s an Accommodation I’d love to return to in another season—or whenever I’m feeling mentally tired.Thank you very much to all the staff for your wonderful care.

Notice from the Accommodation

  • Notice of the Introduction of the Accommodation Tax in Nasu Town (Effective October 1, 2026)

    In Nasu Town, an “Accommodation Tax” will be introduced from October 1, 2026, to enhance the area’s appeal as a tourist destination and improve the visitor environment.

    The Accommodation Tax applies to guests staying at Ryokan, Hotel, and private lodging accommodations within the town. Depending on the Accommodation Fee per person per night, we will collect JPY 100–JPY 3,000 per person per night and remit it to Nasu Town.

    In accordance with the ordinance, our Accommodation will properly declare and pay this tax. The applicable tax amount will be 안내 at check-in.

    This system will help support initiatives such as preserving Nasu’s natural environment, improving tourism infrastructure, and enhancing local transportation.
