Take your time.
I had a relaxing year-end stay. The Plan for solo travelers is very appreciated. The lounge meals are also excellent. The 1 PM checkout time was great.

Satisfaction
Stayed twice last year and had a great experience, so we visited again as a family to celebrate my birthday. We reserved two twin rooms, but they kindly provided us with connecting rooms, which enhanced the sense of togetherness for our family trip. The view from the 27th floor was stunning, with beautiful night scenery of Kawasaki's industrial area and even Mount Fuji visible. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. We always look forward to enjoying the food at the Executive Lounge. However, it was quite crowded this time with long waiting times. Perhaps implementing time limits during peak hours could help manage this better since many people stayed seated playing on their phones even after finishing their meals. At checkout, I received a birthday gift unexpectedly as I hadn’t mentioned it beforehand—it was such a delightful surprise! Thank you very much. Overall very satisfied and plan to visit again!

Is this what Grand Nikko feels like?
I decided to take a break from work and relax while enjoying the Bay Area's evening view. However, at the reception, despite no one waiting, I was directed to a winding queue path with no other guests (why?), and when I finally reached the counter, the receptionist greeted me without a smile, more like a bureaucrat than a Hotel staff member. Feeling unwelcome, I entered my Room which gave off an impression of an old-fashioned city hotel format from decades ago. While it had a classic charm, I wished there had been at least bathrobes provided. Using the discount ticket I received, I visited the bar where the night view was stunning. However, there were no staff stationed at the entrance; as I wandered inside awkwardly with three staff members glancing my way but not greeting me or saying "welcome," it reinforced my feeling of being unwelcome and led me to leave immediately. I thought this was supposed to be quite a reputable Hotel but left wondering if perhaps as a guest I didn’t meet their standards or if this is just how Grand Nikko operates after all.

Executive Floor Stay Experience
We used a great-value Executive Floor Plan for the New Year holiday season. Since it was the middle of a three-day weekend, the executive lounge was somewhat crowded, but we went early expecting that and had no issues. The service, including in the lounge, was excellent—especially cocktail time, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We planned to have dinner elsewhere, but the lounge offerings were so substantial that we ended up completely full. We made our Reservation for a Room without a Rainbow Bridge view, but perhaps due to an upgrade, we actually had a perfect Rainbow Bridge view and were very satisfied. For breakfast, we chose the top-floor semi-buffet and had a wonderful seat with a great view. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. We would love to return.

The room was different from the reservation.
Stayed for a birthday celebration, but couldn't see the Rainbow Bridge and was placed on a lower floor, which was disappointing! Have stayed at this hotel many times, but this time was quite disappointing!

I stayed on the Exec...
I stayed on the Executive Floor, but it was quite crowded and a bit tiring. The staff at the Executive Lounge were mixed; while many of the male staff were attentive, some female staff seemed unorganized, especially during busy times, with inconsistent guidance. There were even groups who turned back disappointedly saying, "We couldn't use the lounge despite staying on the Executive Floor." It would be great if the guide at the entrance could be more efficient and provide clear and equal explanations to everyone. I've visited various club lounges before, and in other hotels, even when it's crowded, they handle situations flexibly with clear instructions for waiting turns—so I never felt frustrated. Breakfast was held in The Grill on 30th along with guests from general floors, which resulted in nearly an hour-long wait. For those who don't want to wait in line, I recommend opting for sushi or room service instead. Even during my previous weekday stay there was a queue for breakfast—it seems that the restaurant itself is relatively small. That said, I must mention that cocktail time dishes, cakes during café time, and breakfast were all delicious! Overall I was satisfied with this stay considering its price point. I’d like to visit again during weekdays or when there are fewer guests staying.

The location was excellent.
Stayed here for the first time in over a decade, based on my previous impression. The location and convenience of public transportation remain excellent. However, the facility shows signs of aging, particularly in the bathroom where tiles were dirty and the sink's coating was peeling. Dust was also noticeable in some areas. On a positive note, the staff provided great service.

Relax and unwind during the New Year.
I was attracted to the access to the club floor and decided to use it. I was able to relax more than I had expected. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay.
I stayed at this Hotel for the first time because I wanted a relaxing Hotel stay before getting back to work. At check-in, I had made a Reservation for a Room that was not on the Rainbow Bridge side, but since a Rainbow Bridge–side Room was available, I paid an additional fee and stayed there. The staff kindly assisted me while I was deciding whether to upgrade my Room. In the end, choosing the Rainbow Bridge side was absolutely the right decision. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to fully enjoy views of Tokyo Tower and more. My Plan included breakfast only, and at the breakfast restaurant they asked whether I preferred seating on “the Rainbow Bridge view side” or “the Mt. Fuji view side.” Since my Room faced the Rainbow Bridge, I requested the Mt. Fuji view side instead. The weather was great, so having breakfast while looking at Mt. Fuji was wonderful. It felt like a small luxury, and it turned into a very satisfying stay. It was such an enjoyable stay that it made me want to come back next time and choose a Room with a different view.

It was excellent.
I used it for a day-use stay with someone special. Everything from the service to the Room was excellent. The view of Odaiba from the Room was also very beautiful. I would love to use it again. Thank you very much!

A Gift for Yourself
I chose this Hotel for my first stay, as it was also my birthday. The warm hospitality, smiles, and thoughtfulness of the front desk staff truly comforted me. The handwritten message from the staff brought tears to my eyes... The Room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the window (night view) was exceptional as well. It became the best gift to myself. Thank you so much! I would love to stay here again.

Always a comfortable Hotel.
Always providing attentive and thoughtful hospitality, my stay is always very comfortable. The in-room beverages and bathroom amenities are more than sufficient and leave nothing to be desired. However, if I may make one small request, having body lotion available would be greatly appreciated. Once again, I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed a wonderful vacation. Thank you very much!

Breakfast
This is my third stay after 2022 and 2024, staying for two nights each time. The room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay as always. Previously, I stayed in a room with a view of the Rainbow Bridge, but this time it was only partially visible. However, I enjoyed the different scenery. Next time, I would like to request a room with an ocean view on the opposite side. For breakfast on the first day, I had sushi breakfast on the 30th floor. It was quiet and relaxing. On the second day, I opted for the buffet; however, it felt noisy due to many people being present—perhaps because of my age—and there were many foreign guests displaying behaviors such as drinking beverages while standing at their tables or walking around with drinks in hand, grabbing bread directly by hand without utensils, or speaking loudly across tables from where food dishes were placed to their companions seated elsewhere. I think having options like Japanese set breakfasts in addition to sushi breakfasts would be appreciated so that guests can avoid using buffets if they prefer. For dinner at "Tao-Li," everything was delicious as always!

The Pride of the JAL Brand
Previously, I used to stay at the former Nikko Odaiba, now Hilton, as it suited the Odaiba location with its SPA Facility, jacuzzi-equipped rooms, and balconies. However, this time I stayed at this Hotel with my family and found it very comfortable for families while experiencing Japanese hospitality. We stayed here for a Shiki Theatre Company performance and highly recommend it to others planning a similar visit. The Yurikamome line right in front is convenient for traveling from Daiba to Takeshiba, which children also enjoy. The dining options within the Hotel are excellent, and there are numerous restaurants in the commercial Facility right in front of it, making it very convenient.

Disappointing Club Floor Stay
I stayed on the club floor because of the high review ratings, but I was not satisfied compared to other hotels' club floors. The afternoon tea after check-in was disappointing with cakes that were far from hotel-level quality and limited variety. During cocktail time, there were no staples like smoked salmon, roast beef, or cheese that are usually available at other hotels; instead, only fried chicken and white fish carpaccio were served. Galette des Rois was offered during both afternoon tea and cocktail time, but no one touched it, and there were no other desserts during cocktail time. Overall, the variety and quality of food were subpar; even those around me commented that it felt like leftover scraps—absolutely terrible! With this kind of offering for a club floor, I can only say the hotel's policy is completely off track. Starting the year with such disappointment means I will never stay at this hotel again.

Birthday Girls' Party
Stayed to celebrate my sister's birthday. The room was on the lowest floor of the Executive Floor, but the view was still great, and the room was spacious. The welcome sweets and complimentary refrigerator were delightful touches. We were touched by the small birthday gift provided. The lounge was relaxing and enjoyable. Although the compact food station caused some crowding, we could leisurely enjoy sweets and amuse-bouches. The dim sum and mini burgers were particularly excellent, though we felt a bit disappointed with some watery textures in dishes like carpaccio or stir-fried items that seemed to use frozen ingredients. We appreciated being introduced to various self-serve cocktails, including craft beer on tap with chilled glasses—a nice touch! Breakfast was a buffet with good variety and quality; however, it was unfortunate that we had to wait over 30 minutes due to overlapping times. On a positive note, both in the lounge and restaurant, staff ensured guests had ample time before clearing food away. After check-out, we used the spa area. While surprised by how visible it was from outside at the pool entrance, once inside there were large glass windows offering an open atmosphere. The jacuzzi felt great as well—overall very comfortable facilities. A true urban resort experience with incredibly polite staff—we would love to stay again!

Thank you for your patronage.
I stay here twice a year. This time, the Room was at a different angle than usual and felt smaller. The bathroom tiles were noticeably dirty and cracked, and there were marks on the bottom of the door as if something had hit it, which was disappointing. Breakfast was overcrowded, so I had to wait in my Room for my turn. The only positive aspect was getting a window-side seat during breakfast. However, even on the executive floor, there were constant loud voices of children running around in the breakfast area and hallways, which was very disappointing. During checkout, although I thought I only needed to hand over my card key at the front desk, I was told to line up elsewhere instead. The busy end-of-year atmosphere made everything feel rushed and left me with an unpleasant impression.

Thank you for your support this year-end.
No matter how busy the Hotel is, the Executive Room offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which is truly delightful. We enjoyed the ambiance of the lounge, the setup of the Room, the New Year's spirit, and a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to visiting again to immerse ourselves in such an atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff members!

Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.
I stayed in a Club Room for 3 nights. Due to my schedule, I stayed for 3 nights, but on the final day, my plans ended in the evening, so I returned to the Hotel early and decided to try the cocktail time. I visited the temporary lounge on the 29th floor around 6:15 PM. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I was looking forward to enjoying the food. However, one type of meat dish had run out and was not replenished during my time at the lounge, which was a bit disappointing. The building itself feels slightly dated but is well-maintained and clean. The staff greeted me with smiles, making my stay pleasant. For breakfast, I tried both sushi and a Japanese set meal on different days; both were very delicious. One minor disappointment with the Japanese set meal (semi-buffet) was that it could have included more warm buffet options like curry or ham. Including its convenient location directly connected to Daiba Station on Yurikamome Line and proximity to a convenience store, overall it was a very satisfying stay. If I have business in Odaiba again, I would love to stay here once more. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind support.
I have used the club floor several times, and I appreciated the early check-in accommodation and thoughtful service. It was a very pleasant experience overall. However, there is one concern I have, which I prefer not to mention here but would like to discuss with someone directly.

The night view is beautiful, but something feels missing.
I believe there are issues with customer service. Is there even a doorman? I arrived using the limousine bus from the airport, but upon my first arrival, not a single word of greeting was offered. For such a large Hotel, shouldn't there be someone to manage these things? Compared to T Country Hotel, I felt there is a significant lack of consideration and attentiveness here. Where exactly is the front desk? Even when I asked, all I got was "It's around that corner." Normally, wouldn't someone escort you? This time I stayed on the Executive Floor, but what kind of treatment is this? The front desk staff showed no smiles or hospitality. Unfortunately, it made me think this is just that kind of Hotel. Certainly, the Executive Floor rates are more reasonable compared to other hotels. However, aside from having beautiful night views and somewhat functional rooms, there's still something lacking overall. Even the air purifier had no water in it—I had to fill it myself! If you're going to mention welcome sweets specifically in writing, then they should be prepared as stated. If you've replaced them with small popcorn snacks instead, why not write that clearly on a message card? Amenities and hairdryers were comparable to those at a Business Hotel—this did not feel like an executive experience at all. At breakfast checkout handled by one middle-aged staff member—what's with their condescending attitude throughout? While both dinner courses and breakfast were delicious overall—the morning experience was completely ruined because of this person. It's these little details that fall short here. I hope this Hotel grows into one capable of addressing such shortcomings properly moving forward.

A Plan Full of Excitement
This plan included breakfast, room credit, a choice of welcome food/drink from five options, and complimentary minibar access—a truly luxurious plan. Additionally, the Executive Lounge was available for use; however, since the plan came with a 5,000 yen room credit and selectable welcome food options, we skipped using the lounge in the evening. After seeing photos posted in reviews later on, I regretted not utilizing the lounge more. This is a highly addictive plan that makes you want to book again. When checking the website now, it mentioned separate-type nightwear was provided; however, only the top part was available when unfolded. It felt like wearing medical scrubs, so I ended up sleeping in my own loungewear that I brought with me (there were two sets of nightwear placed on either side of the bed's edge; I didn’t check one of them).

Two Days of Complete Satisfaction
Stayed on the Executive Floor from Christmas to the following day. 【Executive Lounge】 During tea time, afternoon tea time, and cocktail time, there were always about 5-8 types of food available. Afternoon tea featured a total of 10 different cakes served alternately, while cocktail time offered 8 types of hors d'oeuvres that were quite filling. After cocktail time, two kinds of cakes appeared alongside snacks. The drink selection was extensive and enjoyable even for those who don't prefer alcohol. 【Breakfast】 Had breakfast at The Grill on 30th. Apart from the main dish, it was a buffet filled with delicious options. The variety of fresh salad vegetables and availability of smoothies were delightful touches. Above all, the view was stunning—be sure to arrive early to secure a window-side seat. 【Sauna and Public Bath】 There were very few users during my visits, so I had it all to myself both times. The sauna had a comfortable temperature and felt great. Towels were provided, skincare products were well-stocked, making it very convenient. 【Room】 The room offered beautiful views and was comfortable to stay in; I particularly liked the firmness of the bed. Amenities and drinks provided in-room were abundant as well. 【Hotel Staff】 All staff members showed attentive care and polite service throughout my stay, making it very pleasant. A special mention goes to the staff member who handled my check-out—they had such a bright demeanor with a lovely smile that inspired me to work hard so I can return here again someday!

First-Time Club Floor Experience
It was my first time staying on a club floor. I stayed with my daughter, and as it was our first experience, we were unsure of what to do, but the staff were very friendly and attentive, making it an incredibly enjoyable two days. At the lounge, I ate so much that it was almost embarrassing—it was just that delicious! It happened to be the day of the Odaiba fireworks display, and we were able to enjoy a stunning view of the fireworks from the 27th-floor exclusive lounge with its lights turned off. Since our plan included hotel credit, we enjoyed cocktails at the bar and bought souvenirs—completely satisfied! This trip felt sentimental as it was a last getaway for just me and my daughter before her marriage. However, she already wants to stay again soon! We’re planning to visit again in the near future with my husband and her fiancé as a group of four.

Thank you very much.
Check-in took some time due to the long line, but considering the rising prices of hotels in Tokyo due to inbound demand, the early reservation allowed for a very reasonable price even on a Saturday, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and spacious, with a luxurious bathroom. It was nice to have two bottles of water per person provided and delicious tea from Lupicia available. The breakfast buffet used to be on the top floor but has been moved to the lobby floor. It was extremely crowded, taking time to get in and making it hard to relax. The variety also seemed reduced compared to before, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

The view of the Rainbow Bridge from the Room is stunning.
This is my second stay at this accommodation. Last time, I enjoyed the Executive Floor and had a memorable experience. This time, I chose a luxurious suite. I also used the gym and spent a relaxing time. While it may not be a five-star luxury hotel, it was more than enough to feel refreshed. The staff's attentiveness, the view of Hilton and Rainbow Bridge from the room, and the night view from the lounge were all satisfying. The gym was spacious and excellent as well. With great value for money, it seems like a hotel worth staying at every year.

The fitness center, sauna, and bath were also fantastic. The breakfast was great as well. I would love to visit again soon. I was very satisfied!
