This is a guaranteed plan for rooms located on the "Executive Floor" on the upper levels (15th and 16th floors) of the East Wing. During your stay, you can also enjoy access to the Executive Lounge. Sapporo Grand Hotel is a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. Directly connected to the underground walkway of Sapporo Ekimae-dori, it offers excellent convenience and accessibility, making it an ideal location for stays involving frequent travel. ■ About the Executive Floor ■ - Free access to the Executive Lounge - Smooth check-in at a priority counter (located at the front desk on the 1st floor) - Welcome items service (cookies and message card) - Complimentary drinks in-room refrigerator - Morning and evening newspapers provided per room ■ About the Executive Lounge (Main Building, 4th Floor) ■ The exclusive lounge is available only for guests staying in "Grand in Grand" or "Executive Floor" accommodations.     Executive Lounge!

    I stayed at a Hotel in Sapporo with a Plan that includes access to the lounge. The lounge has no windows, but with calm lighting and spacious seating it feels luxurious, and the staff were very pleasant—truly what you would expect from a long-established grand hotel. The homemade apple pie and cakes were especially delicious, and I also enjoyed the snacks served from 5:00 PM. There was also a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. This time I booked No Meals Included, but if you are fine with a light breakfast, the drinks, salad, fruit, and bread available in the lounge were more than enough. It was also nice to be able to enjoy alcohol from the morning.

    Amazing hospitality!

    Whenever you need help, the bell staff will take care of anything. My top recommendation is the Executive Lounge. Definitely book a Room that includes access to it!! You can have all three meals here. A great variety of delicious happy hour appetizers. Their special apple pie. The cheese—everything is delicious! I’ll be back soon! lol

    The Room was newly r...

    The Room was newly renovated, spacious, and clean beyond expectations. Although the view from the window was mostly of a building right in front, I could just barely see a TV tower at the edge. The light snacks in the lounge were very delicious. However, both staff members who handled my luggage before and after check-in had extremely poor attitudes, which left me feeling unpleasant... Overall, with the great Room and lounge experience, I think it was good value for money!
