To coincide with a scheduled power outage for a legally required inspection on November 9, we are offering a special-value Plan. A power outage will occur late at night on the day of your stay for Facility inspection, and some in-room amenities will be unavailable. Recommended for guests who think, “I’ll be out late anyway,” or “I’ll be asleep, so it won’t matter.” □ Monday, November 9, 2026: 26:00–28:30 (2:00–4:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 10) approx. 2 hours 30 minutes *Please note that the time may change. *Some work noise may occur. ■ Impact of the power outage (the following will not be available during the outage) - Elevators (When going out/returning to the Hotel, please use the emergency stairs.) - Air conditioning (heating/cooling will stop during the work) - Internet connection (Wi-Fi and wired LAN) - In-room lighting and power outlets (you will not be able to charge mobile phones during this time) - Bedside alarm clock (For wake-up calls, please contact the front desk.) - Cordless phone, refrigerator, TV, hot water supply - Mobile phone service - Mechanical parking garage ■ Access to the Hotel Direct access via an underground walkway connecting JR Sapporo Station and Odori Subway Station—comfortable even in bad weather. From JR Sapporo Station South Exit to B1F Head toward the Namboku Line ticket gates and pass through on the right side of the gates. Proceed along the “Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway,” and you will find an exclusive entrance for Sapporo Grand Hotel next to Exit 8 (stairs). About a 10-minute walk. *If you use the street-level elevator at Exit 8, you will come out right in front of the Hotel. *Please note this is different from Exit 8 at Sapporo Subway Station. Airport shuttle bus stop: “In front of Sapporo Grand Hotel” Board/alight in front of the Hotel parking area—no transfers needed to New Chitose Airport.
