We have prepared a special-value Plan for November 9 due to a scheduled power outage for legally required inspections. A power outage will occur late at night on the day of your stay for Facility inspections, and some in-room equipment will be unavailable. Recommended for guests who think, “I’ll be out late at night,” or “I’ll be asleep anyway, so it won’t matter.” □ Monday, November 9, 2026: 26:00–28:30 (2:00–4:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 10) approx. 2 hours 30 minutes *Please note that the time may change. *Some work noise may occur. ■ Impact of the power outage (the following cannot be used during the outage) - Elevators (When going out/returning to the Hotel, please use the emergency stairs.) - Air conditioning (heating/cooling will stop during the work) - Internet connection (Wi-Fi and wired LAN) - In-room lighting and power outlets (you will not be able to charge mobile phones during the work) - Bedside alarm clock function on the night table (For wake-up calls, please contact the front desk.) - Cordless phone, refrigerator, TV, hot water supply - Mobile phone service may be unavailable depending on conditions - Mechanical parking garage ■ Access to the Hotel Directly connected to JR Sapporo Station and Subway Odori Station via an underground walkway for comfortable access even in bad weather. From JR Sapporo Station South Exit to B1F. Head toward the Subway Namboku Line ticket gates; pass through on the right side of the gates. Continue along “Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway.” There is an exclusive entrance for Sapporo Grand Hotel next to Exit 8 (stairs). About a 10-minute walk. *If you use the ground-level connecting elevator at Exit 8, you will come out right in front of the Hotel. *Please note this is different from Exit 8 at Subway Sapporo Station. Airport shuttle bus stop: “In front of Sapporo Grand Hotel” Board/alight in front of the Hotel parking area—no transfers needed to New Chitose Airport.
