Directly connected to the “Sapporo Ekimae-dori Underground Walkway,” so you can reach us comfortably regardless of the weather. ■Access to the Hotel■ Direct access via the underground walkway to JR Sapporo Station and Odori Subway Station for a comfortable route even in bad weather. From JR Sapporo Station South Exit, go down to B1F. Head toward the Namboku Line ticket gates, pass through on the right side of the gates, continue along the “Sapporo Ekimae Underground Walkway,” and you will find a dedicated entrance for Sapporo Grand Hotel next to Exit 8 (stairs). Approx. 10 minutes on foot. *If you use the street-level connecting elevator at Exit 8, you will come out right in front of the Hotel. *Please note this is different from Exit 8 at Sapporo Subway Station. Airport shuttle bus stop: “In front of Sapporo Grand Hotel” Boarding/alighting is in front of the Hotel parking area, with no transfers required to New Chitose Airport.

    I frequently stay at various hotels in Sapporo, and I always appreciate the pleasant service. The rooms have been beautifully renovated while retaining the charm of a historic hotel, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoy taking my time with breakfast. In an era where business hotels continue to raise their prices, I feel this hotel offers services at a very reasonable rate.

    The breakfast is very delicious. Omelets, croissants, and soft serve ice cream. The Hotel and Room are very clean. The staff are very kind and always smiling. Great access to transportation. A bus to Chitose Airport departs from the Hotel. Walking distance to the Red Brick Government Building for a post-meal stroll. A must-stay Hotel when visiting Sapporo!

    I stayed with my daughter on April 2nd. On the first night of our trip to Hokkaido, my daughter experienced nausea and a fever. Since we were scheduled to travel the next day, we spent an anxious night. The next morning, we decided to change our plans and visit a hospital. When I informed the staff, they kindly helped us find a hospital and reassured us not to worry about the check-out time. Their thoughtful gestures meant so much to us. Even during our rushed check-out to make it in time for the morning consultation, they responded promptly and efficiently, which was incredibly helpful.
