    Unfortunately.

    I was very dissatisfied that there was no Room upgrade even though plenty of Rooms were available. Also, although Diamond members should be able to check out as late as 2:00 PM, I was told it was 12:00 PM. When I asked if it could be extended, they finally said, “We’ll set your checkout to 2:00 PM. It’s fine if you leave earlier.” It made me feel looked down on. It’s disappointing because the Hotel has such a nice atmosphere.

    After completing the check-in process at the front desk, the staff informed us that they had upgraded our Room. Additionally, they extended the check-out time from 12:00 to 13:00. The Room felt luxurious, and my friends and I were thrilled. We had an amazing time and are very grateful.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    The Hotel’s atmosphere including the flowers on display and the service, was very nice. The Room was also spacious enough, and we were able to relax comfortably. However, there was hair under the white shelf in the shower booth that was not mine or my companion’s, and the drain gasket was peeling up, which was unpleasant. Still, it is convenient because you can go directly to Takashimaya, so I would stay again when I have business in the area.
