As it was our first time camping/glamping, I think it was well suited for beginners.
I won’t go into details as I don’t want to negatively affect the Facility, but when my child got burned, you took great care of us. Without showing any displeasure, you responded with such kindness in so many ways, and we are truly grateful.
It was a little disappointing that it became pitch-dark at night with almost no streetlights and felt scary, and that there was no bathtub for the morning Onsen. Other than that, we had an amazing time: delicious food until we were completely full, very clean toilets and wash areas, activities like a campfire and roasting marshmallows, and the outdoor playground equipment. The Room was also lovely and comfortable. Every staff member was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you very much.
