As it was our first time camping/glamping, I think it was well suited for beginners.
I won’t go into details as I don’t want to cause any issues for the Facility, but when my child got burned, you took great care of us. We are truly grateful for your warm support in so many ways, without a single unpleasant look.
It was a little disappointing that it became pitch-dark at night with almost no streetlights and felt scary, and that there was no bathtub in the morning Onsen, but everything else was wonderful: delicious meals that left us completely full, very clean toilets and wash areas, activities like the campfire and roasting marshmallows, and the outdoor playground—we had a great time! The Room was also lovely and very comfortable. Every staff member was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you very much.
