This isn’t unique to Comfort Hotel, but when traveling by car, business hotels in suburban areas where you don’t have to worry about parking are very reassuring. The amenities were more than sufficient, and since the loft bed is close to the ceiling, it stayed nicely warm with th

I used it on a weekday night. I mistakenly booked a smoking Room, but they changed it to a non-smoking Room for me. They also upgraded my Room from a single to a double. The parking lot is first-come-first-served, but it's free and close to the station. Even though it's ol

The front desk and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating, which was great. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling. I thought it would be nice if the pickles buffet served at dinner could also be available at breakfast. I stayed in a twin room, which

Since my Room was on the 6th floor, I had a good view of Matsumoto Castle. The twin Room was a bit small, but the building was new and the bath was clean, which was great. Additionally, after watching the projection mapping, there was a limited beef bowl service available, and I

Most importantly, the rooms are spacious with large windows, making mornings very pleasant. The large public bath is also relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made for an excellent experience. I would love to stay here again if given the

The all-you-can-drink alcohol option surprised me, and the staff's hospitality was excellent and satisfying. Karaoke was free with unlimited singing opportunities, allowing for international karaoke exchanges with guests from China during my stay. The roads around the hotel w

Everyone at the Ryokan was very courteous, which was wonderful. As it was in season, I really enjoyed tasting plenty of matsutake mushrooms and other varieties. Dinner was a bit early, but it made the evening feel longer, which I liked. It also happened to coincide with the once-a-year festival, so I felt lucky. The hinoki cypress bath in the Room was also great. We stayed in the Pine Room, and for two people it felt very spacious. I had seen Reviews about shower issues, but on the first day hot water came after running it for about five minutes, and on the second day it worked smoothly right away. Water pressure was not a problem. There are a few stairs up to the Pine Room, so if you’re not comfortable with stairs, I think choosing a lower-floor Room would be better. I didn’t make it to the bar at night, but I caught a glimpse of it and it had an amazing atmosphere. It may be cold when moving around in winter, but I think that adds to its charm. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Matsumoto City. Thank you!

I made a last-minute same-day Reservation and stayed here. Thank you for welcoming me. My luggage was heavy, so being able to park right in front was a big help. The Room’s bathroom and toilet were clean, and the Room size was just right. I also appreciated the bath chair, which is often not provided. However, it seemed there was no hair dryer in the Room, and that was the only inconvenience; everything else was great. Since it was a same-day Reservation, the view from the Room was disappointing, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

It turned into a bit of a sightseeing guide around the Hotel, but in the end, I'm glad I chose this Hotel. I want to visit the Matsumoto area again. I think I'll stay here again when I do. Lastly, about "Matsumoto Castle," it was indeed beautiful, but when entering the premises i

We arrived around 5:30 pm, and everyone was hungry, so we asked if dinner could be served from 6:30 pm, and they kindly accommodated our request. First, the bath. The facilities were very clean, including the changing area. Dinner had many dishes and was delicious. A young man was in charge of our table; although he seemed a bit inexperienced at times, we appreciated his sincere, hardworking attitude. The next morning, we all enjoyed another bath and then had a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. We used the local bus both ways. On the way there, we took a bus that arrived about five minutes late due to rain from the nearby bus stop, but when it passed in front of the inn, the staff waved to us—everyone was truly touched. It was a warm and welcoming place to stay. Thank you very much.

We stayed with a foreign friend who wanted to "stay at a Japanese onsen ryokan," and my friend also praised the food and service. It was truly great that their first experience of a Japanese onsen ryokan was at Yumotoya (Yumotoya) Ryokan. It became a wonderful memory of the trip.

The Room was clean, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was delicious! There is also parking available, making it excellent value for money!! This time, I forgot my charger and panicked, but it was found as a lost item and the staff kindly assisted me. I would definitely l

When I borrowed a humidifier, they were kind, and I could also borrow the shampoo I liked. The amenities were well stocked. I stayed in a spacious twin Room—it was truly large, the beds were comfortable, and I slept very well. The unit bath was also roomy and easy to use. Everyth

I found this Facility as a pet-friendly option in the Suwa–Matsumoto area that seemed easy to use and reasonably priced. As you make your way through a maze-like residential neighborhood, the space suddenly opens up and you’ll find the Facility there. The Room is small but unique and comfortable, truly living up to its name as a “secret base you can stay in.” The Room is kept very clean, with amenities and supplies well provided. Despite its size, it’s arranged so you can move efficiently and relax with ease. It was a great example of how to make the most of a compact Room.

It was very relaxing. Our dog also quickly stretched out and made itself comfortable. However, when I asked about parking, I was told to park in any available space in the shop’s parking lot, so I did. But since it was a Multiple Night Stay, when we went out during the day and came back, customers had parked there and we had to wait for a space to open up. It wasn’t clear whether there is dedicated parking for guests or not.

I was able to rest well on the fluffy futon, just as described in the Review. I expected a 4.5-tatami Room, but they provided a 6.5-tatami Room instead. It was great to have free drinks, and the bath was available from night through morning. The Facility was clean and uncluttered, which made me feel at ease.

Even with self check-in, the process was smooth, and it was great that everything from the entrance to the room was clean. I was slightly concerned that the futon sheets came off easily and that the pillows were quite firm.

It was a Japanese-style Room. It was larger than expected, which made us happy. We had a lot of luggage for the kids, so the spacious Room was very helpful. Everyone was very kind, and the service was polite and excellent. Breakfast was delicious as well. The staff spoke kindly to the kids there too, and they were delighted. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night with a friend. The staff kindly allowed us to park our car before check-in, and the front desk was very helpful and polite. I truly appreciate it. The bath, though an artificial Onsen, was very relaxing and helped relieve my fatigue. The Room and shar

It was affordable while still ensuring privacy, and the 11:00 check-out allowed me to rest well. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a fan in the Room until I cooled down after bathing, but the air conditioning works well.
