I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

We stayed to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the Hotel kindly made thoughtful arrangements for our Room, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time. What left the strongest impression this time was the warm hospitality of all the staff. At the club lounge, they spoke kindly to our son and even played with him, treating us warmly throughout our stay. Even with a child, we were able to relax and spend time in comfort. We were also truly moved by the attentive service—remembering small details from casual conversations and offering considerate support before we even had to ask. It was clear they paid close attention to each guest. During meals as well, they thoughtfully helped so that our son could eat more easily, and we were able to enjoy dining together as a family. We have stayed here several times, but this visit once again made us feel glad we chose to come back. The Facilities and food are excellent, of course, but above all, I believe the warmth of the staff is this Hotel’s greatest charm. Thank you so much for turning such an important anniversary into a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again.

Family trip to Osaka for four. Excellent access to Universal Studios Japan. About 20 minutes by train with one transfer to USJ. Parking is a flat maximum rate of 1,500 yen per day. The Room was clean and excellent. The bathroom was clean, and the toilet was also clean. Everything about this Hotel was great. A Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again.

We had a relaxing stay! The front desk staff’s warm smiles and service were excellent!

I stayed here two years ago and was able to relax, so I chose this Accommodation again. I was able to relax this time as well, which is understandable given the current situation. However, the breakfast price increase felt a bit steep. Also, the hairbrush was small and difficult to use for people with thick hair.
