I was looking in Umeda, but many places there are far from the station, so I chose this one, just one stop away. It’s a lively area (lol). There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores packed in between here and the station—more convenient than Umeda! The lounge had drinks only and no food. Maybe it was just when I visited. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Wi‑Fi was easy to connect to, and I was satisfied that the TV included BS channels. The front desk staff were helpful, and after completing the parking procedure, I could come and go freely, which was very convenient.

I work in the same industry. I use this property often. In addition to the efficient guidance, if you let them know you have a valuable laptop, they can be flexible with housekeeping. The air conditioner uses an old-style switch. The amenity bar at the front desk is very thoughtfully arranged for women, and the mouthwash was especially helpful as a reference. An extension cord is always provided, so you can charge your devices even while in bed. Since the glasses are made of glass and ceramic, please be careful when pulling them out. With the station nearby and restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket all close by as well, I think it offers outstanding value for money. I will stay here again.

Conveniently located near Hankyu Juso Station, with easy access to Kobe, Umeda, and Kyoto. The building can be a little hard to find, and the surrounding area has many love hotels, but once you’ve been there it’s easy to locate—I’d like to stay again. The Room is spacious, with a separate toilet and bath, and the bathroom also has a washing area. There isn’t a washbasin, but the shower works well enough.

Although I arrived before check-in time, since it was raining today they kindly made an exception and showed me to my room. I hate to say this after receiving such kindness, but there were several issues that made the room feel worn: multiple bath towels had been laid under the air conditioner because it was leaking water, the jacuzzi did not produce bubbles, and the TV sound stopped partway through. Since I didn’t feel this way at all when I stayed previously, I couldn’t help but wonder if I was assigned a room that isn’t usually used. Still, for this price with two meals included—and even 3 hours of all-you-can-drink—it's something you simply won’t find elsewhere. The value for money is unbeatable! Thank you so much. They also handled drink refills cheerfully every time. Thank you very much.

The Room was very clean! The separate bath and toilet were great! Only downside was the TV speaker had some sound distortion. It was nice to have the freedom to do as we liked.
