I was looking in Umeda, but many places there are far from the station, so I chose this one, just one stop away. It’s a lively area (lol). There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores packed in between here and the station—more convenient than Umeda! The lounge had drinks only and no food. Maybe it was just when I visited. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

The Wi‑Fi was easy to connect to, and I was satisfied that the TV included BS channels. The front desk staff were helpful, and after completing the parking procedure, I could come and go freely, which was very convenient.

It’s conveniently located near Hankyu Juso Station, with easy access to Kobe, Umeda, and Kyoto. The building can be a bit hard to find at first, and the surrounding area has many love hotels, but once you’ve been there it’s easy to recognize—I’d like to stay again. The room is spacious, and the toilet and bathroom are separate; the bathroom also has a washing area. There isn’t a wash basin, but you can manage with the shower.

I work in the same industry and stay here often. In addition to the smooth guidance, when I let them know I had a valuable laptop, they were flexible with housekeeping. The air conditioner uses an old-style switch. The amenity bar at the front desk is very thoughtfully arranged for women, and the mouthwash was especially helpful as a reference. An extension cord is always provided, so you can charge your devices even while in bed. Since the glasses are made of glass plus ceramic, please be careful when pulling them out. It’s close to the station, and restaurants, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are also nearby—so I’d say it offers outstanding value for money. I’ll definitely stay again.

This was our second stay, and just like last time, we received the best hospitality. The best part of this property is that they can look after our car before check-in. Not having to worry about where to park is a huge help. Thank you very much.

The Room was very clean! The separate bath and toilet were great! Only downside was the TV speaker had some sound distortion. It was nice to have the freedom to do as we liked.
