We stayed one night in the Modern Japanese Suite for our 2-year-old child’s birthday. The building, service quality, and food were all outstanding. Just as rumored, the impressive architecture, interiors, and many artworks felt extraordinary and were a joy to take in. The Room was also wonderful—the bay view was beautiful, and the clean, simple design made it very comfortable. The bath area was very spacious, with lounge chairs throughout where you could relax. Drinks were available inside as well, making it a bath you could happily stay in for hours. The changing room was kept clean too, with staff frequently replacing towels. In particular, the open-air bath at the large public bath on the first floor was surrounded by nature and truly excellent. And true to its name “King’s Buffet,” the selection was abundant and everything was delicious. The dinner steak and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast were of a quality you wouldn’t expect from a buffet—we were extremely satisfied. Because it was our child’s birthday, they took commemorative photos in the lobby at check-in and gave us printed photos at check-out. We were deeply impressed by their hospitality as well. It was a truly wonderful one-night stay. This is a Hotel we would definitely love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

All the staff were kind, and the Accommodation was not too large, making it easy for my elderly parents to get around. We were able to use the second-floor lounge many times, and it was great that the dining area was also close by. The Room was clean, bright, spacious, and very relaxing. All of the meals were delicious. When there are a lot of people in the bath, it can feel a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. From our first phone call to the very end, the staff were gentle and I think that really enhanced how wonderful this Accommodation is. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here three times in one year. It’s my favorite Accommodation, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in a quiet location. The hostess and her husband are so friendly and warm, and I looked forward to every visit. The food is always truly delicious. This time I stayed for two nights, and I was deeply impressed by how thoughtfully they changed the dishes each day. Waking up early to watch the sunrise over the sea was also wonderful! The shared spaces were kept clean and comfortable as well. After traveling around Ehime Prefecture over the past year, choosing this place again at the end was absolutely the right decision. Recently, I stayed at this Accommodation with my parents and my daughter and her husband. Our Room had a modern Japanese style, and we were truly moved by the panoramic view of the Sea of Japan from the Room. The water was so clear that we could have watched it forever. At night, we could see dozens of lights out on the dark sea—perhaps squid-fishing boats—and it was absolutely beautiful. The large public bath also faces the sea, and we enjoyed soaking for a long time in the open-air bath while taking in the view. We chose the deluxe Plan for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed dishes we had never tried before, such as steamed items and mackerel shabu-shabu, but the highlight was definitely the salt-grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch)—it was exquisite. Some Ryokan serve nodoguro as well, but it is often small; here it was surprisingly large. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I consulted with them in advance about arranging a surprise cake. From our communication beforehand through to the day itself, they handled everything with great care, for which I am very grateful. My husband was delighted, and we were able to celebrate with smiles all around. Thank you again. If there is one regret, it’s that we stayed only one night. It’s an Accommodation that really deserves at least two nights, so next time I hope to book a Multiple Night Stay! Lastly, I rated the Facility 4 because there are some older areas here and there—for those who might be concerned about that. However, it did not bother us at all during our stay, and I don’t think it would be an issue for most guests.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Mori Villa at the end of July with my parents and two children, and our whole family was extremely satisfied. We have stayed at many luxury hotels, but even my mother—who rarely gives high praise—said, “This was the most comfortable Hotel I’ve ever stayed in.” The private in-room Onsen was especially outstanding. In terms of size, use of space, comfort, and design, it felt truly distinct from traditional Onsen Ryokan. All staff were warm and kind, providing genuinely pleasant service. The atmosphere throughout the Hotel was wonderful, and during our stay we repeatedly felt that choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. This is a truly exceptional Hotel that we would love to stay at again. It became a priceless family memory.

I traveled with my mother in her 80s. The staff, the meals, and the baths—everything exceeded our expectations. My mother was very happy too. We had a Multiple Night Stay, and they made sure the meals didn’t repeat, and everything was delicious. If I had one request, since it was a hot summer, I would have appreciated a refrigerator with a freezer compartment to freeze ice packs (it was refrigerator-only).

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.

I was truly impressed by a stay that exceeded all expectations in comfort! After feeling refreshed in the barrel sauna, I cooled down in the open-air jacuzzi. At night, I enjoyed the warm Onsen and then relaxed again in the jacuzzi. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious—one amazing moment after another!! All of the staff were kind and attentive while keeping a comfortable distance, and they took great care of us. We could also enjoy a panoramic view of Mt. Fuji from reception, making it a soothing getaway surrounded by nature. The next day we visited the large public bath in the bathing facility, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji. Next time, I’m looking forward to unwinding in the sauna and enjoying some fresh-air relaxation while taking in Mt. Fuji’s magnificent view. My husband and I promised each other we’ll definitely return—and book a Multiple Night Stay. Until then, I’ll work hard (haha).
