Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

I made a Reservation to visit Universal Studios Japan. It’s one stop from Universal City, but the location was very convenient—right outside Sakurajima Station. The Room facilities and amenities were more than sufficient. The large public bath had several types of baths, which helped relieve tired feet. I also used the restaurant for breakfast; there was a great variety and I ended up eating too much. Next time, I’d like to try the rice balls. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

The lobby and front desk staff always greeted us and were very polite and kind. The complimentary drink service and amenities were excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, with views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance from the window. This is a quiet Hotel where you can relax at ease. The smart TV was also great. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the omelet was especially delicious. The parking staff were also helpful, making it easy to use the parking facilities. We will come again.

Ever since I happened to stay here on a trip to Wakayama, I’ve been coming back regularly. This is already my third stay. I get the sense it used to be a love hotel, but in any case, it’s extremely clean and comfortable. For this level of quality, the value for money is outstanding. Highlights: The Room is very spacious and spotless. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bath is large enough to soak properly in the tub. The bed is double-sized and roomy. Amenities are well stocked. I still haven’t found any downsides lol. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Wakayama.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite as the room was available!! The room was spacious, the bathroom stylish, and having two sinks made it very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

I have stayed here many times. The other day at check-in, I was with a guest from overseas. The staff informed them that they could see Himeji Castle from their Room, and they were very happy, saying, “Thank you, wonderful.” It was truly excellent hospitality, and it made me feel good as well.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s conveniently located near the station, yet it was quiet, so I could relax. Best of all, the bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was spacious. They also provided bath salts, so I was able to soak and unwind after a long day.

The Room was more than spacious enough and felt very clean. I was especially surprised that the shower and bathtub were in separate areas. It was extremely relaxing. I would like to stay again next time.

Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. A beautiful universal-access room with a shower booth in this location is truly a rare find! The staff were very attentive both at the front desk and on the 30th floor, and all of the dining options were delicious—I was already thinking about how I’d spend my time on my next visit. With Halloween decorations everywhere due to the season, and beautiful fresh flowers in front of the reception, it was truly delightful. The lounge exclusively for guests also had outdoor terrace seating where we could enjoy the pleasant breeze from the harbor in both morning and

I previously stayed here on a trip with my spouse. This time, I used it alone for a business trip. As before, I was generally satisfied overall this time as well. If I mention the small details, there were several points as follows. [What I liked] - It’s close enough to the station that it takes less than about a 10-minute walk, and there are several commercial buildings nearby with many restaurants. There are also multiple convenience stores close by, so the location is very convenient. - The Room was well cleaned. It felt clean throughout, including the bathroom. - Breakfast was delicious. They also had some unusual items such as a single-serving chanko hot pot. I even had seconds of rice. [What disappointed me] - When I tried to check in using the machine, someone at the front desk spoke to me. They said I could check in either at the front desk or with the machine, and since they approached me, I chose to check in at the front desk. Previously, checking in by machine was smooth and left a very good impression, so this time I noticed how slow the front-desk service was. The way they spoke was also mumbled and didn’t leave a good impression. Honestly, it would have been better if they had simply asked me to use the machine. - Overall the Room seemed well cleaned, but I was bothered by dampness in the bed and an odor from the pillow. Since my Room had been upgraded to a twin room, I switched pillows with the other bed and managed fine. Also, there were two long hairs tangled around the hand soap next to the sink. - For breakfast, I went fairly early so it wasn’t crowded. Just when I thought it was nice and quiet, a staff member who seemed to be from that same country kept talking for a long time with travelers from overseas; it was noisy and unpleasant. I think I will use this place again when staying overnight in Kinshicho.

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This time I didn’t have meals due to a tight schedule, but if I have the chance next time, I’d like to try the breakfast buffet that everyone says is delicious.

I used it because it has a natural Onsen. It is a relaxing bath. The bathing area is not too bright, but not too dark either, so you can unwind. Even older guests can feel at ease. Right in front of the station, with parking available (parking is charged separately). For this price, the quality felt like a great value.

I stayed for one night starting August 14. Every year around this time, I return from Saitama Prefecture to visit family graves, but since my family home was lost in the earthquake, I stay at a Hotel instead. In previous years, I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ichibancho every year, but because the parking lot was always off-site, I learned about Sendai West Exit Premier near the station and stayed here for the first time. Since it’s close to the station, I was worried about parking availability, but I was glad I could park even before check-in time. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Hotels, and their bathrooms are my favorite. If I had made my Reservation earlier, a slightly larger Room might have been available, but it was quieter than expected despite being near the station. The location is very convenient, so I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath. From a woman’s perspective, I was happy to find not only shampoo and conditioner, but also a well-stocked selection of amenities from two cosmetics brands. The round table is small, with space for only one laptop, so it may be inconvenient for working. One thing I noticed was the light by the vanity mirror—it wasn’t bright enough for applying makeup. The front desk service and cleanliness were both excellent, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.
