Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but it’s rare to find one that offers this level of satisfaction at this price! The room cleanliness, the quality of the spa water, and the delicious food—everything exceeded expectations for the cost. It’s well worth staying not only for visiting Universal Studios, but also just for a Hotel stay. I’d like to make this my go-to Hotel for future stays.

The lobby and front desk staff always greeted us and were very polite and kind. The complimentary drink service and amenities were excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, with views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance from the window. This is a quiet Hotel where you can relax at ease. The smart TV was also great. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the omelet was especially delicious. The parking staff were also helpful, making it easy to use the parking facilities. We will come again.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

You can reach it from the station via the sidewalk, and there are restaurants and a convenience store inside the Hotel building, so it’s very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Hotel’s female staff were very kind. When we visited again with my mother, who has difficulty walking, they remembered us and treated us with great care. I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). I visit Hiroshima several times a year and often stay at this Hotel. Sometimes it’s hard to get a Reservation, but when there’s availability I book immediately. It’s very convenient—close to Hiroshima Station and the bus terminal. The Room is spacious, and the bathtub is large with a separate washing area. I’ve also made a Reservation for August.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite as the room was available!! The room was spacious, the bathroom stylish, and having two sinks made it very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This was my first stay, and the location near the station was great. The Facility was new, and the Room was more spacious than expected, so I had a comfortable stay. Although it faces the tracks, it was quiet and relaxing. If possible, I wish the curtains were longer because morning sunlight comes in. I would like to stay again.

From check-in to check-out, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding. As it was our anniversary, we fully enjoyed a stay on the special Executive Floor. The Room was very clean, and the view from the window was wonderful, allowing us to celebrate a truly memorable anniversary.

Omicho Market is so close it feels like it’s next door, and major sights such as Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District are also within walking distance. There’s a convenience store nearby as well—an excellent location. The Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, with the toilet and shower Room separated. The large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also wonderful. If I go to Kanazawa again, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel.
