The lobby and front desk staff always greeted us and were very polite and kind. The complimentary drink service and amenities were excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, with views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance from the window. This is a quiet Hotel where you can relax at ease. The smart TV was also great. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the omelet was especially delicious. The parking staff were also helpful, making it easy to use the parking facilities. We will come again.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but it’s rare to find one that offers this level of satisfaction at this price! The room cleanliness, the quality of the spa water, and the delicious food—everything exceeded expectations for the cost. It’s well worth staying not only for visiting Universal Studios, but also just for a Hotel stay. I’d like to make this my go-to Hotel for future stays.

At check-in, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service. She was smiling throughout and was very considerate. The male staff member at check-out was also wonderful, with a great smile. The Room was very clean and spotless, and there was nothing to complain about. I would like to stay here again. This was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Our family takes 2–3 trips a year to an Onsen Accommodation that we can reach from Tokyo for one night, usually spending around JPY 30,000–40,000 per person. My wife chooses the Accommodation each time, but lately none have been memorable or especially appealing—until now. For the first time in a while, we found an Accommodation we genuinely want to visit again. Many of the staff are from Southeast Asia, but they told us they have passed JLPT N1 and also undergo a one-year training period. We never once had any trouble communicating. I previously lived in Thailand for about five years, so I already knew people from Southeast Asia are often even more diligent and hardworking than Japanese people—but I was still impressed by just how much so. Thanks to them, we were able to spend a very comfortable and pleasant time here. These days many staff members don’t wear name tags (perhaps due to measures against customer harassment), so I didn’t catch anyone’s name, but I would like to sincerely thank the woman who took care of our Room—she was wonderful and very thoughtful. The heartfelt send-off by all staff after checkout truly moved me. As for the Onsen: honestly, both the water quality and the bath itself felt fairly standard, though everything was very clean. One thing I noticed is that it’s great not having to bring towels into the bath area; however, you still need to carry things like fresh underwear or your phone. In the end I used a plastic shopping bag out of necessity, but it would be helpful if you could provide (and leave in the Room) a larger drawstring pouch like those commonly found at other Onsen facilities. Also, my wife said she felt scared because it was dark on the way to the large bath and inside the bathing area as well. Lastly, we felt that the air conditioner noise was slightly loud—just mentioning this in case it helps. And finally—the meals were outstanding! The balance, portion size, and taste were all impeccable. Because I’m quite big (and eat a lot), meals at most Accommodations aren’t enough for me; this time I shared small portions of my wife’s meal with our son as well and still felt about 90% full—in other words, very satisfied without being overly stuffed. While breakfast is often disappointing at many places these days, breakfast here was also excellent—especially because it wasn’t that typical thin and overly crispy dried horse mackerel you often see elsewhere. And above all: the wasabi was delicious! Being able to get refills freely made it even better. In any case, we definitely want to come again—thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

I’ve stayed at this Accommodation many times, and I’m always able to relax. The meals are delicious, and the female staff provide excellent service, making it a very comfortable and satisfying experience. I was also able to unwind in the Room’s bath and enjoy a slow, peaceful pace of time. Of course, I’ll be back again.

I originally chose to stay at Yunoyama Onsen because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing, and I enjoyed it many times, but to be honest, the meals were even better than expected—exceptionally delicious, with thoughtful touches in each ingredient—so I was just as satisfied, if not more so, than with the Onsen. The welcome drink and shiratama sweets, as well as the sweets café after dinner, were not the kind of “just for show” desserts you often find; they were genuinely delicious sweets, which was another highlight. Since it was summer vacation there were many families with children, and seeing them enjoy the festival games brought back memories of letting my own child play at a similar festival at Ogoto Onsen years ago. The Room was clean, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. I was especially impressed by how hard one international staff member working as a trainee was trying. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay! Thank you for the warm hospitality and attentive service! The Room I had wanted to stay in for so long was very clean and spacious, and I’m truly glad we chose it—we had a genuinely happy time. The Onsen was never crowded, and there was also a sauna, so we could relax at our own pace—it was wonderful! My mother was absolutely delighted, and it became a memorable trip. Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This time I didn’t have meals due to a tight schedule, but if I have the chance next time, I’d like to try the breakfast buffet that everyone says is delicious.

This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too.
