The lobby and front desk staff always greeted us and were very polite and kind. The complimentary drink service and amenities were excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, with views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower in the distance from the window. This is a quiet Hotel where you can relax at ease. The smart TV was also great. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the omelet was especially delicious. The parking staff were also helpful, making it easy to use the parking facilities. We will come again.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but it’s rare to find one that offers this level of satisfaction at this price! The room cleanliness, the quality of the spa water, and the delicious food—everything exceeded expectations for the cost. It’s well worth staying not only for visiting Universal Studios, but also just for a Hotel stay. I’d like to make this my go-to Hotel for future stays.

Thank you very much for your help. I’m glad I stayed at such a clean and wonderful Hotel. Because of the great location, I felt that using public transportation was the best option. Parking nearby is expensive, so I will keep that in mind next time.

This was my first stay, and the location near the station was great. The Facility was new, and the Room was more spacious than expected, so I had a comfortable stay. Although it faces the tracks, it was quiet and relaxing. If possible, I wish the curtains were longer because morning sunlight comes in. I would like to stay again.

The best part has to be the amenity buffet in front of the lobby. They have not only toner and lotion, but also nose pads, eyeglass wipes, and even items for reducing foot swelling. It’s also nice that they offer drip coffee and tea. Toner and similar items are also available in the large public bath area, along with several types of shampoo and conditioner. The large public bath and sauna are a bit small, but more than sufficient if you avoid peak times. The sauna is set quite hot, and you can relax and fully enjoy the cold tub as well. The vending machine area is well stocked too. There’s an “otsumami” snack gacha, freshly baked bread, and drinks; beer and chu-hai are sold at regular prices or slightly cheaper, which is very helpful. Since it’s located in Americamura (Amemura), it can feel a bit unsafe if you go out at night, but there’s no need to worry because almost everything can be done within the Hotel. The staff are polite as well, and I expect I’ll stay here again.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

I’ve stayed at this Accommodation many times, and I’m always able to relax. The meals are delicious, and the female staff provide excellent service, making it a very comfortable and satisfying experience. I was also able to unwind in the Room’s bath and enjoy a slow, peaceful pace of time. Of course, I’ll be back again.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. You can reach it from the station via the sidewalk, and there are restaurants and a convenience store inside the Hotel building, so it’s very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Hotel’s female staff were very kind. When we visited again with my mother, who has difficulty walking, they remembered us and treated us with great care. Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out were automated, making everything efficient and very convenient. The bathroom and toilet were separate and clean, which made the stay comfortable. This was my first stay at Vessel Hotel Inn Fukuyama Station North Exit, but Vessel Hotel is one of my favorite Hotels. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. The Room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant, and I was completely satisfied with the breakfast! The staff were kind and welcoming too. Although it is a little away from the city center, Mitaka Station is the nearest station and it offers convenient access from Shinjuku. The Room meets Richmond’s reliable standards and is comfortable. Breakfast at Sizzler is also highly recommended.
