As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. I also really like the breakfast.

We had a very comfortable stay. The building has a stylish Japanese-modern design, and the food was delicious. The staff who welcomed us were very kind, shared various stories with us, and were friendly and reassuring. The staff assigned to our Room were also very kind. If I had to mention one thing, I wish the view from the bath in the Room had been better.

It had been since last autumn, but this is an Accommodation that soothes me no matter when I visit. Of course, the Room and the Onsen are wonderful, as are the meals—modern French with witty, thought-provoking menus each time, and a Japanese breakfast made with carefully selected ingredients—but even more than that, I’m always delighted by the staff’s quiet attentiveness everywhere, including turndown service during both dinner and breakfast. I go outside the rear entrance to smoke each time, and there was a small bench that hadn’t been there before. Near the exit were several mats you can use on the bench. I was moved by these little touches and found myself even more captivated by Kokon. I’m already looking forward to deciding when to visit next.

This was our first stay. My wife, who is very particular about everything, said, “This Room is comfortable, so we’ll be fine,” and even wanted to cancel the other Hotels we had planned. We were wondering what to do for a four-week Hotel stay during our home renovation, so we consulted the front desk. Despite being busy, they kindly helped us, and as a result we changed our plans and stayed long-term. The breakfast selection was extensive, and my wife—who rarely eats out due to food allergies and usually has to cook for herself—enjoyed it every morning without getting tired of it. The lounge, the Onsen, and the parking were all excellent as well, and every staff member was very courteous. When we mentioned a concern about cleaning, they responded immediately. We are truly grateful that our long stay went smoothly. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

We arrived by car, and even in the heat we were greeted before we even reached the entrance. Sometimes you’re welcomed after arriving at the entrance, or staff are stationed at the entrance to greet you—but this time they were already waiting out front. Isn’t that almost too wonderful? The welcome drink was delicious as well. This time we chose a lower grade and stayed in the Residence building. Getting from the Main building to the Residence requires walking a short distance outside, so it might be a concern on rainy days. There are also a few stairs, but staff will carry your luggage, so it shouldn’t be an issue. There is a private Onsen along the way, so for those who plan to use it, staying in the Residence may actually be more convenient. The Room was spacious enough. Our pre-requested baby cot, diaper bin, baby bath, etc., were already set up in the Room, so families with babies can stay with peace of mind. The indoor bath is an Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water in the Room. The temperature was perfect—absolutely wonderful. The BVLGARI amenities were also great. Breakfast was delicious, and the portions were just right—more than enough. As for the cuisine overall, I think the chef’s skill is outstanding. At dinner service most guests dress neatly, so for men it’s better to wear something with a collar to match the atmosphere. On our first stay last time we didn’t know what to expect and dressed too casually—lesson learned. Shorts and a T-shirt would probably still be fine; this is simply about maintaining the overall ambiance. The outer-side seating likely has better views, but if you have children I recommend sitting on the lobby side—you don’t have to worry as much about others there, which really helps. If your baby starts crying hard nonstop (as babies do), you can simply step out. I’m very interested in dinner as well, but with a baby we couldn’t use it considering the atmosphere—hopefully someday. The evening ambiance is wonderful. Service is excellent as expected—from checkout through seeing us off was superb—and I honestly wonder if there is any Accommodation that surpasses this one. Given today’s times I imagine staff training must be challenging everywhere, but this Accommodation’s hospitality stands out as truly exceptional. Thank you to all staff members and chefs alike. With the risk of torrential rain bands being widely discussed, I considered canceling the trip altogether, but I’m truly glad I decided to visit HAKONE NICA. The calm, high-quality Facility, the silence where outside noise never bothered me at all, the thoughtfully crafted menu and outstanding execution of every dish—and wine and Japanese tea pairings that complemented each course perfectly. Everything was exceptional, and it was a stay I could genuinely be satisfied with. Above all, what impressed me most was the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality.

I stayed here on the way back after picking up my family at Haneda Airport. You pass through the Grand-side lobby, but it was crowded and noisy with inbound travelers, so choosing this place was the right decision. With its location near Haneda Airport, a natural Onsen, spacious Rooms, and excellent hospitality, we were able to enjoy an escape from everyday life without leaving Tokyo. When it’s hard for the whole family to travel far, I’d like to stay here again as a mini getaway.

We stayed here for our silver wedding anniversary trip. Every meal was delicious!! The in-room open-air bath was wonderful, and we were able to relax in the Japanese-Western style Room, which we were very satisfied with! They even prepared a celebratory plate during dinner—it truly made for a happy one-night stay! Thank you very much. We were also happy that the drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary! We would love to stay here again when we visit Hakone!

My friend and I stayed here to enjoy the outlet shopping. The Reviews were excellent, so we chose this Hotel instead of one inside the outlet—and it was absolutely the right decision! The room was spacious and relaxing, with a very comfortable double bed. The amenities were wonderfully well stocked, and we were truly impressed by the large, easy-to-use bathroom. For dinner we chose teppanyaki, which was outstanding. We were more than satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine as well. If I could make just one request: after relaxing in the bath and before dinner, it would be even better if there were a place where we could enjoy an aperitif. Both the Facility and service were impeccable, and we had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again next time.

All staff greeted us cheerfully, the guidance was courteous, and they even helped direct cars in the parking lot. The Accommodation was spotless and offered outstanding hospitality. Above all, the open-air bath was spacious, clean, and wonderful—it really helped us unwind. It was a shame we couldn’t go out onto the terrace due to bad weather, but we’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much!!

This luxury Japanese-style Ryokan with views of Mt. Fuji offered exceptional service. The view from the Room was stunning, and the windows were polished to a shine, which showed true hospitality. Both the in-room bath and the large public bath were comfortable and deeply relaxing. The meals were also delicious. The attentive service made our children happy as well. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

All staff are kind and welcoming, and the “welcome home” atmosphere feels wonderfully comforting. Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. You can fully enjoy the luxury of having the view from the open-air bath in your Room all to yourself. I would love to visit again.

It was my first Multiple Night Stay at Dormy Inn Kawasaki in a while, and I had a very comfortable stay. The bath was clean and well maintained, and it wasn’t too crowded, so I could relax and unwind. There are three massage chairs; you may have to wait a little, but they provide a wonderfully relaxing experience. If I have the chance next time, I would definitely stay again.

After golfing near Higashimatsuyama, I made a Reservation to enjoy an area where I hadn’t stayed before. With an Onsen and breakfast included, it was a very satisfying stay. There was also a nearby restaurant serving Higashimatsuyama’s famous yakitori (actually pork). When the weather cools down, I’d like to stay here again and visit Shinrin Park. If there’s room for improvement, I felt it would be better if the refrigerator door and the cabinet door opened in the same direction, as they currently open opposite ways.

I’ve stayed at other Dormy Inn Hotels several times on business trips, and everything—cleanliness, the Onsen, and the meals—has always been excellent. This time we visited for a family trip, and my wife and child were thrilled. It made our trip truly enjoyable, and we’d love to stay again!

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

The Okinawa Fair and the tuna carving show were amazing! This was our second visit during summer vacation, and it was so delicious that we’d love for you to hold it again next year. The open-air bath in the Room was also very comfortable, and no matter how many times we visit in a year, we never get tired of it. The warm smiles and attentive hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff are so comforting and relaxing that every time we come, we find ourselves wanting to return again soon. We’ll be back before the end of the year—thank you very much.

I planned to share the Room name as part of a birthday message for him, and the Ryokan kindly helped by arranging a bouquet in the Room. Then, on the day, they upgraded our Room, which also made my message to him even more special, and it became a time that brought us even closer (lol). The staff were very kind, and since the bath was private to our Room only, we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. I would definitely like to stay again! Thank you very much.

Both the Room and the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. As I casually looked out from the Japanese-style Room at the beautiful garden, a large grey heron was resting its wings by the waterfall. It was my first time observing one from so close, and I was thrilled. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine is always delicious, and this time again every dish was deeply impressive. Staying in a detached guesthouse felt perfect just being there, but I went out to make sure not to miss the live music in the lobby—and it turned into another wonderfully romantic moment. As often as time and budget allow, I would love to return again and again to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
