I stayed here while sightseeing along the Niyodo River. First of all, the Room with its beautiful view along the river was wonderful. The dining area was spacious, and the meals were outstanding—especially the straw-seared bonito, which was so delicious I could have eaten endless amounts. The sukiyaki, as well as dishes featuring shrimp and ayu sweetfish, were also excellent; each had a Japanese touch that brought out the best in the fresh ingredients, and I was truly satisfied. The Onsen had very pleasant water, and in the open-air bath—believe it or not—a rhinoceros beetle and other insects you don’t usually see in Kansai flew by on the way in, which made it a lot of fun. The Okyaku Lounge was also well stocked with drinks, snacks, and even ice cream, so I could relax comfortably. For breakfast, I enjoyed a bowl where you can choose from Kochi-style ingredients and arrange your own toppings. If I have another chance to visit Kochi, I would definitely like to stay again. It became a truly wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family gathering with relatives, including five preschool children. The entire Accommodation (lobby, Room, etc.) was kept very clean, so our stay was comfortable. Since the children were constantly full of energy, we requested a private dining room for meals. You provided a very spacious room, and the food was refined and delicious, using local ingredients. Everyone’s hospitality was wonderful and welcoming, and we would like to stay here again for our next family gathering. Thank you very much for your thoughtful care in many ways.

Since the full renovation, every facility has been spotless. I was satisfied with everything, but I was especially surprised at how spacious all four private baths were—and they were impeccably clean. The water was excellent, with no unpleasant chlorine smell overpowering the sulfur scent. The Nordic-style sauna was also very relaxing. The meals were delicious and just the right amount. This is a Ryokan I would definitely like to visit again.

I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the title of this Accommodation, and it was absolutely the right choice! This is a simple, historic Accommodation, yet it feels spotless throughout. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the staff, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the Onsen water. The “Taste of Local Bounty” dining menu was especially memorable—above all, being able to bite into a whole river fish from head to tail was an experience you won’t find elsewhere.

The front desk, the welcoming entrance, the views, the baths, and the staff were all wonderful. This was my first stay, but it’s a Ryokan I’d love to visit again. A few points I’d like to see improved: Regarding payment and the “Come Again Fukushima” Plan, I thought it would apply, but it turned out that only on-site payment was eligible and online payment was not. The application process is confusing, so it would be helpful if it were made clearer. There is no ramp at Fujita-no-Yu, so I would really appreciate it if one could be installed. I was truly comforted by the staff’s warm and natural greetings. I’m glad I could talk about local topics with the person who took care of our dinner. Thank you very much.

The location right next to the station was very convenient. The breakfast also had a wide variety of items, and I was very satisfied. If I had to mention any complaints: perhaps because it’s along the railway tracks, the soundproofing on the track side is excellent—there was no noise at all. However... the hallway door is loud and has no soundproofing whatsoever. Being able to clearly hear conversations and noises from people in the corridor is a downside. I couldn’t hear noise through the walls, so the building and wall insulation seems good, but there is virtually no soundproofing around the door area. It’s a shame. Also, there was hair on a bath towel, and although the bathroom itself was clean, the lower part of the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and was dirty, which was disappointing. Still, even taking these into account—the delicious breakfast, convenience, and comfortable Room thanks to how new it is—I’m very satisfied for this price. I’ll stay again!

As a rare Onsen Accommodation that uses 100% free-flowing natural spring water with no added water or heating, it immediately caught my interest as an Onsen lover, so I decided to stay here. The Onsen was a little hot, but the water was very clear and felt wonderful. The Key Bath and Standing Bath were fascinating along with their history, and the private riverside bath offered a relaxing soak while looking out over the Yoshii River stream—truly a pleasant Onsen experience. The building has a great atmosphere and feels calm and comfortable. The staff were also kind, courteous, and welcoming. I had a genuinely enjoyable stay, but considering the price, there were a few disappointing points. For an Accommodation in this class, I expected complimentary drinks (free flow), but that wasn’t the case—even items in the refrigerator were charged. There is tea in the Room, but no coffee, and there is no coffee service in the lobby either. After dinner there was wine, alcohol, and coffee service at a house across the street where we could relax for a while, but snacks to go with drinks still cost extra. Since this is such a lovely place overall, I only wished these kinds of services were offered just a little more generously.

Due to the typhoon, train service to the nearest station, Izukyu-Shimoda Station, was suspended. After we contacted the Accommodation, they came to pick us up at a station where trains were still running. A welcome drink (including alcohol) was also prepared, and we felt relieved when we finally arrived. Above all, the meals were outstanding—we truly enjoyed the seafood. We are grateful for their thoughtful care in every way.

We stayed as a parent and child for my son’s university entrance exams. ■ Warm hospitality for exam takers At check-in, the staff asked, “Are you here for exams?” and gave us a small gift. My son, who was feeling nervous, seemed relieved by the thoughtful gesture, and I’m truly grateful as a parent. ■ Excellent amenities and a comfortable Room The amenity bar was well stocked—my son especially liked the bath salts and was able to relax. I also tried a face mask for the first time in my life! Even as an older guy (haha), it felt very refreshing after a bath. We were assigned a corner connecting Room, which allowed us to maintain privacy while still being close enough—making our stay extremely comfortable. ■ Great location It’s close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble at all even with a Plan without dinner. ■ A small suggestion for the future Winter in Matsumoto was drier than expected, so having hand cream among the amenities would make it even better! Thanks to the kindness of all the staff, my son was able to take his exam in great condition. We would definitely like to stay again when we visit Matsumoto. Thank you very much!

It was a truly wonderful Onsen. Not only was the water quality excellent, but with one indoor bath and two open-air baths, I never got tired of soaking no matter how many times I went in. There was also a free beer event, and I was very pleased with this unexpected service. Because a typhoon made landfall on the day of my stay, I couldn’t go out to eat in the Onsen town at night, which was disappointing—but thanks to this service, I was able to enjoy drinks in the lobby instead. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and the entire building was kept spotless, so I rated my overall satisfaction as 5. I would definitely like to stay again (next time for winter skiing...).

We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Tokushima. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this is truly my favorite. I sleep so well, and I can head to work the next morning feeling refreshed. The breakfast is also genuinely delicious. The menu changes every morning, so even on a Multiple Night Stay I never get tired of it—I look forward to waking up each day wondering what will be served. Above all, the staff are wonderful. They are always cheerful and welcoming, and many times I’ve been impressed by their thoughtfulness—remembering casual conversations and even small details. Coming back to the Hotel naturally makes me feel at ease. The main reason I keep coming back may be the staff. Rather than “I want to stay again,” it feels more like “I want to come back and see everyone again.” It’s a Hotel I truly love. Thank you always.

This was my first stay here. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked to leave my luggage, but since housekeeping had already finished, they kindly accommodated me and let me into my Room early. The Room was spotless and very comfortable. I was impressed that the in-room safe was designed to blend in with the interior so it wouldn’t disrupt the Room’s atmosphere. Also, while there were no drinks provided in the Room, there was a complimentary drink service in the lounge. From 17:00 to 20:00, happy hour included sparkling wine and other alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks, which felt like a great value. Whenever I went out or returned to the Hotel, staff always greeted me with “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first time staying here, and it was also my first visit to Mie Prefecture. I had many questions and asked the front desk staff about various things, but they were never unpleasant or dismissive. They went above and beyond by looking into even small details and explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciate their kind and attentive service. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Mie Prefecture. Thank you very much.

Whenever we visited Oku-Nikko and Yumoto, we would stop by Senjogahara or the ranch, and this Accommodation had always caught our eye. After turning 60, my spouse and I stayed here for the first time. The Onsen and the breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and it was a relaxing summer holiday to see many couples around our age dining in the restaurant. After ringing a bear bell and walking around Senjogahara for over an hour, we headed to Nikko Toshogu Shrine!

I’ve been staying here repeatedly lately. It’s affordable, clean, and very comfortable. They also offer welcome coffee, and the staff are courteous. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable, but when I set the air conditioning temperature a bit higher, I noticed a slightly unusual odor from the airflow. If you could consider cleaning internal parts that are difficult to address with regular cleaning—such as filters and the heat exchanger—I think this Accommodation would become even more comfortable in the future. Thank you.

When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

This was the final Accommodation of my first trip to Niigata, a 3-night, 4-day journey. Our Room was the 2nd-floor Western-style twin [Marronnier]. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, was very convenient and made our mother-and-daughter trip extremely comfortable. The closet was spacious, and there were plenty of hangers. Just before check-in there are shoe lockers, and you can walk around the building barefoot or in socks. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and along the corridors, you can enjoy views of wine grapes vineyards and the mountain range stretching from Mt. Yahiko. I visited looking forward to Vinespa’s aroma hot stone sauna, but I was told it is no longer available after renovations—such a shame. Still, the open-air baths placed throughout the garden offered wonderful scenery, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking both after dinner and before breakfast. Restaurant Cave d’Occi is beyond a European-style garden that is carefully maintained by gardeners. The April menu—beautifully presented and truly delicious—featured local ingredients (hairy crab, celeriac root celery), spear squid), wild boar meat), flounder), roast beef smoked with branches from wine grapes vines), etc.) without feeling overdone). At the winery shop, I had my favorite Zweigeltrebe and unoaked Chardonnay shipped home). The next morning’s Japanese breakfast surprised me—in a great way: zaru tofu with olive oil was delicious!! At checkout time) pizza toast) grape juice) at the library café tasted so good it made leaving hard). It’s an Accommodation that made me genuinely envy those who live nearby).

While enjoying the view overlooking the town, I sipped coffee and reflected on life. Though brief, I appreciated learning about Kyoto through the provided books. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

I arrived at the Hotel early, so I was guided to sit and wait in the lobby until my room was ready. That actually worked out well. Once I sat down in the lobby, it felt surprisingly spacious, and with artwork on display it really gave a “new Hotel” impression. They also offered complimentary drinks such as smoothies and lemon water, which were delicious—I had several cups. The coffee from the coffee machine available from 3:00 PM was also authentic and very good. Not only the lobby, but the guest rooms and the large public bath were truly spotless. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision. The only disappointing point was that when I went to the breakfast venue, there were no staff stationed at the entrance, and the sign instructing guests to put their breakfast ticket into a basket was placed in an inconspicuous spot. As a result, I waited at the entrance for a while (another guest told me what to do). If guests are supposed to put their breakfast tickets into a basket, I’d like it to be made clearer. If I have another chance to visit Nagaoka, this Hotel will be my first choice.
