We stayed for two nights as a family. As this is glamping within a golf facility, it’s set on beautifully maintained lawns, and we were able to relax very comfortably—almost like staying at a Hotel. Even though it was summer, insects didn’t bother us much. We did notice a slight vinyl-like smell from the tent, but the interior was spacious, with two air-conditioning units and adjustable lighting, so it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very clean, which made it reassuring for women as well. The Italian meals were excellent and very generous in portion size. We stayed for two nights, and they changed the menu for us; everything was delicious. I can’t go into details, but they were also considerate of our picky-eating son—I felt sorry to trouble them—but we truly appreciated their thoughtful attention. Because it’s all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband does and seemed extremely satisfied being able to enjoy a variety of drinks without hesitation. We couldn’t make it to bar time due to our schedule, but it sounded like there was a great selection and we would have loved to try it. There is some distance between the clubhouse where you dine and the tent where you stay. Shuttle Service is generally provided, but if you want to walk instead, please note that walking may not be allowed during certain hours (possibly for safety reasons). At night, it was lovely to stroll from the clubhouse back to the tent while looking up at the sky. There’s also a “German Village” within driving distance; we enjoyed activities like putter golf with our children. We didn’t overpack our schedule and spent two relaxing days—making wonderful memories.

This was my first time staying here, and it was also my first visit to Mie Prefecture. I had many questions and asked the front desk staff about various things, but they were never unpleasant or dismissive. They went above and beyond by looking into even small details and explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciate their kind and attentive service. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Mie Prefecture. Thank you very much.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

I stayed for two nights on a business trip and made a Reservation. The cost was about JPY 17,500 for two nights, and the Room was surprisingly a twin with breakfast included. The building is a bit old, but the inside is very clean. The twin Room was spacious and spotless; it was a smoking Room, but there was no unpleasant odor. The bathroom is a unit bath, but the shower water pressure was strong. There was an air purifier, and although the air conditioner is an older style, it kept the Room cool and comfortable during my summer stay. Breakfast is buffet-style—I expected something simple, but the seafood rice bowl and curry were delicious and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were kind, and the late-night complimentary salt ramen was also great. Above all, I really appreciated the relatively large flat parking lot with free in-and-out access.

We stayed in a seaside-view Room this time. The view was great, and the Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness were well received by both my grandchild and our family. We were satisfied with the meals as well, but my grandchild has allergies, so it would have been helpful to have allergen information displayed (it’s possible we simply missed it). When we asked the kitchen staff, they kindly told us, but when they seem busy we feel a bit hesitant to ask. Overall, everyone said they would like to come again, so we would like to stay here again next time.

I’ve been staying here repeatedly lately. It’s affordable, clean, and very comfortable. They also offer welcome coffee, and the staff are courteous. The Room was well cleaned and comfortable, but when I set the air conditioning temperature a bit higher, I noticed a slightly unusual odor from the airflow. If you could consider cleaning internal parts that are difficult to address with regular cleaning—such as filters and the heat exchanger—I think this Accommodation would become even more comfortable in the future. When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff were very kind and helpful. I checked in late after a concert, but they still assisted me politely and attentively, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it didn’t feel far at all. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Nagoya.

This was the final Accommodation of my first trip to Niigata, a 3-night, 4-day journey. Our Room was the 2nd-floor Western-style twin [Marronnier]. The bathroom, with a separate toilet, was very convenient and made our mother-and-daughter trip extremely comfortable. The closet was spacious, and there were plenty of hangers. Just before check-in there are shoe lockers, and you can walk around the building barefoot or in socks. From the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the Room and along the corridors, you can enjoy views of wine grapes vineyards and the mountain range stretching from Mt. Yahiko. I visited looking forward to Vinespa’s aroma hot stone sauna, but I was told it is no longer available after renovations—such a shame. Still, the open-air baths placed throughout the garden offered wonderful scenery, and I thoroughly enjoyed soaking both after dinner and before breakfast. Restaurant Cave d’Occi is beyond a European-style garden that is carefully maintained by gardeners. The April menu—beautifully presented and truly delicious—featured local ingredients (hairy crab, celeriac root celery), spear squid), wild boar meat), flounder), roast beef smoked with branches from wine grapes vines), etc.) without feeling overdone). At the winery shop, I had my favorite Zweigeltrebe and unoaked Chardonnay shipped home). The next morning’s Japanese breakfast surprised me—in a great way: zaru tofu with olive oil was delicious!! At checkout time) pizza toast) grape juice) at the library café tasted so good it made leaving hard). It’s an Accommodation that made me genuinely envy those who live nearby).

My hometown is Suzuka, and I was surprised to find such a great Hotel here. Due to certain circumstances, I couldn't stay at my parents' house and had to book this Hotel for my family of four. It far exceeded our expectations. As part of my job, I travel across the whole country and stay at various hotels, but this Business Hotel ranks among the top three nationwide in my opinion. First of all, it's conveniently located near the station. While Mie Prefecture can be challenging without a car, the nearby bar district and Aeon Mall are very accessible. The beds and pillows are excellent, with no unnecessary amenities provided—just what you need. The highlight is definitely the breakfast! Normally, I don't expect much from Business Hotel breakfasts or even think they're worth adding to a Plan; however, since this time we happened to choose a Plan with breakfast included, we decided to give it a try—and it was amazing beyond expectations! Not only bread but also unlimited rice servings were available along with miso soup and onion soup. There were about five side dishes with varied seasonings featuring combinations like meat or fish paired with vegetables—always including some veggies in every dish! The drink options were plentiful too; there were even two types of smoothies available for unlimited refills. The simple menu structure ensures you neither overeat nor undereat. The hotel staff maintained just the right level of interaction—friendly yet unobtrusive. Perfect score!

The road to the Accommodation includes steep slopes and narrow sections, so guests who are not confident drivers may find it challenging. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and had a pleasant check-in. The Room was spacious, spotless, and filled with great natural light. However, the Beppu view was blocked by overgrown trees outside the window; please trim them. There were many types of baths, and the iron-rich indoor bath in particular had excellent water quality. The private family bath and open-air bath also offered superb views, which we really enjoyed. Dinner and breakfast were luxurious, featuring only delicious ingredients—very satisfying. All-you-can-drink beer in the lounge is an irresistible service for beer lovers. It seems there are even more wonderful Accommodations in your group, so I’d like to try another one next time as well.

I made a Reservation not for myself, but for a family trip for my uncle and other relatives. As they are elderly, we had detailed requests regarding Room assignments and meal arrangements, but you responded quickly and courteously to our emails in advance, and we were very satisfied. My uncle said it was a wonderful Ryokan—the food was delicious, the all-you-can-drink alcohol was great, and being able to have a beer after the bath was the best part. I’m sure our large group caused some inconvenience in various ways, but thank you very much. If I have the chance to return home and travel myself, I would love to stay with you as well.

It was amazing. As others have mentioned, the meals were plentiful and included fresh sashimi platters and large tagged crabs, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that left us impressed. The accommodation, including the rooms, was clean and beautifully designed with a warm wooden atmosphere. The onsen warmed us to the core and kept us feeling cozy even after getting out. We’ve searched for delicious crab in many places, but Showakan was truly the best accommodation we’ve experienced.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

This was our first visit to Atami and Izu, and we stayed at an Accommodation with a private open-air bath in the Room. While the Facility felt a bit dated, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves—the open-air bath in the Room was wonderful, and the meals were delicious. At breakfast, my companion had a slight headache, and the staff noticed even small gestures and kindly checked in on us. The hospitality was excellent. The large public bath at night was quiet enough to feel like we had it all to ourselves, though it was a little scary too (in a funny way).

It was wonderful. The Ryokan always had a pleasant incense fragrance throughout the building, which helped us relax. We even bought some as souvenirs. The staff member who explained everything during our meal was very courteous, and it truly warmed our hearts. We also used the private open-air bath, and it was great to be able to spend a relaxing time with our family. This is a Ryokan we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

I was finally able to visit “Ura-Kusatsu Tou,” a place I’d been curious about for a long time. Located in the Ura-Kusatsu area, just a short distance from the bustle of Yubatake, the moment you step inside you’ll find a beautifully curated space where traditional craftsmanship and modern design come together. Every corner of the Accommodation is picture-perfect. From interiors accented with traditional crafts to warm, inviting lighting, you can feel the attention to detail throughout. It was an Accommodation with a calm atmosphere—perfect for an adults-only getaway. Relax from the core with “Jizo Gensen” The greatest highlight here is, of course, the Onsen fed by “Jizo Gensen.” Among Kusatsu’s many hot spring sources, “Jizo-no-Yu” is said to be rare due to its low output. Its gentle feel on the skin and subtle milky hue were wonderfully soothing, and I could truly relax from deep within. Not only in the large public bath but throughout the building, there are thoughtful touches that create a sense of gentle “sway,” making it feel as if everyday fatigue simply melts away. Dinner and breakfast were served in a serene dining space. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious enough to make you happy with each bite. Breakfast also felt luxurious: colorful small plates lined up alongside freshly cooked rice. An Accommodation where you can fully enjoy both the Onsen and the cuisine—I left completely satisfied in both heart and stomach. The Room was spotless and comfortable—functional yet designed with a calming Japanese aesthetic. The staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness; thanks to their courteous service, my stay was pleasant from start to finish. It had been some time since my last visit to Kusatsu Onsen, but this trip helped me rediscover its charm all over again. This wonderful Accommodation lets you experience both the excellence of Jizo Gensen and modern comfort at once—somewhere I would love to return again.

I can only stay about once a year, but I’m always able to relax and enjoy a peaceful, unhurried time in the calm atmosphere. This time, since it was a weekday stay, I unfortunately couldn’t have my favorite Japanese breakfast, but thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the tranquil room, it was a laid-back trip where I could unwind with a close friend.

The Accommodation has a nostalgic, retro feel while still being very stylish and lovely. This time we stayed in the “Japanese Twin with Terrace” Room—tatami flooring, low beds, and a deck terrace. What impressed me most was how comfortable the bed was! I was told it’s a Nishikawa Muatsu mattress, and it truly felt amazing—I slept unbelievably well. The pillow was also excellent, and I completely fell in love with the bedding. I’d like to use the same one at home, so I would really appreciate it if you could tell me which type of Muatsu it is. The Onsen was wonderful as well. All three private baths had their own unique charm and were beautiful. The large public bath was also very relaxing—I ended up going in many times during our stay. As soon as you soak in the Onsen, your body warms up right away. The water feels soft, and your skin becomes moisturized and silky smooth. I also loved that bath towels were provided at the baths, so you can always use a clean one. Truly excellent therapeutic bathing. Unfortunately it rained this time—but because of that, we were able to take our time at the Accommodation, soak in the Onsen slowly, and enjoy doing nothing. We chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, so we didn’t have to rush in the morning and could enjoy the Onsen until the very end. And then—the meals. Absolutely no complaints. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. It was a meal where you can truly enjoy every course for what it is. And something I’ll never forget: draft Yebisu beer! After it arrived, the foam gradually rose up into a rich head—it looked delicious even before tasting. And when I tried it… it really was incredible. I honestly thought there aren’t many places where draft beer tastes this good—it moved me. This “Joshu Beef & Gunma’s Blessings / Three Free Private Open-Air Baths / 12:00 Checkout / A Nostalgic Holiday” Plan was absolutely perfect for me. Shima Onsen in the rain is wonderful too. Soak in the Onsen, eat well, drink well—and sleep incredibly well. In this charming retro Accommodation, I had an amazing time that relaxed both my mind and body. All of the staff were pleasant as well, and the overall atmosphere throughout the Accommodation felt very comfortable. We felt great from start to finish during our stay. The Onsen, meals, bedding—and above all else—the warm hospitality from everyone on staff. Everything felt so comfortable that this is an Accommodation I definitely want to stay at again.

We were planning an Onsen trip to celebrate my mother, and it was the first trip for three generations of our family. Since my mother cannot use the large public bath, we looked for a Room with a private open-air bath. Thanks to that, she was able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath in our Room was also fed by Onsen water, and she was very happy. We chose the standard kaiseki meal, but the portions were more than enough—so much that my sons had to give up at both dinner and breakfast. When I requested a cake for my mother’s 88th birthday celebration, they even prepared a red celebratory vest (chanchanko) for her as well, and we truly appreciated their thoughtfulness. The building was clean. The large public bath was small but spotless, and we were very satisfied. In the lobby there was a local sake tasting service, and in the morning there was also coffee service—everything felt very well provided. Our whole family was extremely satisfied. All of the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful celebratory trip. Thank you very much.
