There aren’t many hotels around Mizonokuchi Station, so this place is close to the station and within walking distance of my destination. The price is also about half that of nearby hotels (I’ve stayed here before when I couldn’t book elsewhere), so it’s extremely helpful if you just need a place to sleep. Perhaps because of that, it can be hard to get a reservation once your plans are set—this time I managed to book only by waiting for a cancellation, and it was my first time staying here. The staff were pleasant, and I felt there was nothing lacking or excessive. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in this area. I’ve also stayed at the Musashi-Shinjo location when I couldn’t book here, and the service there was excellent as well. However, it’s a bit farther from my destination, so Mizonokuchi is ideal for me.

My wife and I stayed here together. After arriving on Miyajima, we were taken to the Hotel by Iwaso’s Shuttle Service. The driver who picked us up was exceptional—polite, refined, and easy to talk with—and in that moment we knew we had made the right choice. The service at check-in and during dinner was also excellent, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing time on Itsukushima. Dinner was not only delicious; we also enjoyed chatting with the staff who served us. When I asked at check-in whether raw oysters were available, I was told they are difficult to offer this season—but we were lucky enough to have raw oysters served at dinner. The sashimi selection (sea bream, amberjack, and fatty tuna) was well balanced; Japanese dishes were paired with salsa sauce in an interesting way; and the sukiyaki portion was generous. We were very satisfied. The Room felt clean and well kept. There was a vanity sink by the window, letting in natural light, which made it bright and convenient to use. The large public bath had plenty of space between the washing area and the tub, and the spacious open-air bath was another highlight. The location is also very convenient: about a 3-minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine and 7–8 minutes to the ropeway station. They also arranged our night cruise to see the Great Torii gate and provided Shuttle Service to the pier, which was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable hospitality of this long-established Ryokan as well as its elegant atmosphere throughout—including the corridors and landings. We would love to stay again.

This was our second stay, and it was a wonderful Room where we could enjoy an open-air rock bath while looking out at the beautiful garden (with an indoor bath as well). Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and my elderly mother was very satisfied. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciate all your help.

I gave my elderly mother, who can go anywhere on her own, a solo trip as a gift. When she returned home, she was truly delighted and spoke very highly of the wonderful service provided by the Ryokan staff. The meals were also delicious, and above all, it seems she was able to relax completely. Thank you very much. I plan to give her another trip as a gift once more within this year, and I would appreciate your kind support when that time comes.

We stayed here for a family event. It was a very comfortable Hotel. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious and lovely, and the meals were wonderful with thoughtful touches. The staff were friendly, and it made for an excellent stay. We had been looking forward to the open-air bath, but at night many small moths flew in and I couldn’t use it. I understand it can’t be helped in a forest setting, but it was disappointing. It’s not a place we can visit often, but it’s a Hotel we definitely want to return to. Thank you very much.

Stayed during a trip to Sendai with a rental car. There is free coffee in the lobby, and while the room is small, it is easy to use. The parking lot is spacious, making it convenient for late check-ins. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Having a large public bath was great for relieving travel fatigue.

The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see beef tongue served for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat much breakfast, I had seconds of both rice and beef tongue. The beef curry was also delicious. If I visit Shiroishi again, I would definitely like to stay here again. I stayed here as a base for exploring the Yoshino area, rich in nature and history. The hospitality was warm and heartfelt, with a simple charm. Flowers and greenery were thoughtfully placed throughout, and the room had an outdoor bath where I could enjoy the surrounding nature. The river was also nearby, and listening to the sound of the flowing water made me feel calm and relaxed. Because it’s an outdoor bath, there were quite a few insects, but it didn’t bother me much. The meals were delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the gelato from TENKARAGELATO served for dessert—it had unique flavor combinations and tasted great. I was also able to visit the temples and shrines I’d hoped to see, making it a wonderful trip.

It was great that there were sports facilities nearby and that parking was available. I stayed at various places for about 10 days, and some charged extra for parking, so it was nice that Cerise included parking. The parking area is also spacious, so even guests who aren’t confident drivers can park with plenty of room. I booked with breakfast included, and it was very delicious.

Conveniently located near the station. The room was a bit dated, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. Since it was a smoking room, there was some cigarette smell, but deodorizer was provided, so it was fine even for an e-cigarette user. For a free breakfast, there was a wide variety of bread—perfect for me as a big bread lover with a hearty appetite. You can also take the food back to your room to eat, which made it easy to enjoy without feeling self-conscious. I’d like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

This was our first return visit since our son, now 19, stayed here when he was 2. The hospitality and attentive management were just as outstanding as ever. New thoughtful services have been added since then, such as the option to switch breakfast to lunch and early check-out, and our whole family of four—including our 12-year-old daughter—enjoyed every moment. The cleanliness around the pool and the beauty of the sea are clearly thanks to everyone’s daily care. It is truly a wonderful Hotel.

Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

I couldn’t take a summer vacation this year, so I came to Okuma Beach in October and was able to refresh both body and mind. Thank you. Everyone at the hotel truly put guests first, and the service was excellent.

I stayed for a two-night Multiple Night Stay as a solo traveler at Asanoya in Yumura Onsen. From start to finish, everything was comfortable, and it truly became a wonderful stay. Onsen & Room: The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—I was able to spend the two days as comfortably as if I were at home. The quality of the Onsen water was exceptional; each time I soaked in it, the silky water felt wonderful on my skin and soothed my fatigue from the core. Meals: Above all, I was most impressed by dinner each evening. The dishes made generous use of seasonal local ingredients, and every item reflected careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful and enjoyable to look at as well. Not only were the flavors excellent, but everything—from the choice of tableware to the perfect timing of serving hot dishes while still hot—was outstanding, making each meal a truly blissful experience. They prepared different menus for both nights, so I looked forward to dinner every day. Hospitality: The staff’s thoughtful care and the warm service from the attendant who served my meals were wonderful. Even though I stayed alone, I never once felt lonely—instead, I enjoyed a luxurious yet heartwarming time. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again in another season. Thank you very much for such lovely memories!

I stayed for two nights. The location was convenient and close to the station, just as other reviews said. I arrived in Takamatsu by ferry and often traveled to nearby islands, so being close to the ferry terminal was also a key reason I chose this hotel. Both the room and lobby were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was also easy to take an early-morning walk around the port. From the large public bath, I could see Takamatsu Castle and the harbor, which was very relaxing. I would stay here again if I have another chance to visit.

This was our first trip to Nanki-Shirahama as a couple. It was easy to reach by rental car from the airport, and Shirarahama Beach stretched out right in front of us. We enjoyed not only the ocean view from the room, but also an open-air bath in the room. The layout was spacious, with a relaxing Japanese-style room separate from the bedroom, and everything was clean and lovely. There were three different ReFa hair irons available, and even though we weren’t used to them, it was fun trying them out while blow-drying our hair. We were also able to see and hear this year’s first Shirahama Rock Festival and fireworks from our room. Having delicious in-room dining at a relaxed pace while watching the fireworks up close was truly moving.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.
