Conveniently located near the station. The room was a bit dated, but it was well cleaned and comfortable. Since it was a smoking room, there was some cigarette smell, but deodorizer was provided, so it was fine even for an e-cigarette user. For a free breakfast, there was a wide variety of bread—perfect for me as a big bread lover with a hearty appetite. You can also take the food back to your room to eat, which made it easy to enjoy without feeling self-conscious. I’d like to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

This was our first return visit since our son, now 19, stayed here when he was 2. The hospitality and attentive management were just as outstanding as ever. New thoughtful services have been added since then, such as the option to switch breakfast to lunch and early check-out, and our whole family of four—including our 12-year-old daughter—enjoyed every moment. The cleanliness around the pool and the beauty of the sea are clearly thanks to everyone’s daily care. It is truly a wonderful Hotel.

Dressed up with my sister and cousin, the three of us are enjoying a stylish lounge staycation. This is our return visit to RIHGA Royal Hotel. The afternoon tea and buffet in the lounge were delicious, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality is always wonderful—thank you as always. We’ll definitely be back.

Because this Hotel is located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, it’s recommended for first-time visitors to Osaka. Both JR and the subway are just steps from the ticket gates. From Shin-Osaka, you can easily access all of Osaka’s major sightseeing spots. The Facility is compact yet well designed and easy to use, so you can enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This stay was even better than before—the complimentary drink corner was more well-stocked, the available hours had increased, and an all-you-can-drink draft beer option had been added, which was great. Also, there is now a take-away coffee station after breakfast, which was a nice touch. However, the cup was quite hot to carry, so I would appreciate it if something could be provided to prevent the outside from getting too hot.\nI will stay again.\nThe woman who checked me in was also very pleasant and thanked me for staying with you several times.

I heard that a new Club Floor had been introduced, so I stayed here for the first time. As this is a traditional Hotel in a prime Shinsaibashi location, I didn’t expect much in terms of the Room furnishings, but everything—including the bathroom—had been fully renovated and was extremely comfortable. In particular, enjoying the Osaka cityscape from the long bench by the window or from the generously sized bed felt truly luxurious. The bathroom was also spacious, with plenty of room to fully enjoy both the shower and bathtub. The amenities were especially outstanding—truly top class! Personally, I found the Club Lounge service to be excellent. You can really feel their commitment to food and beverage service; both tea time and cocktail time offerings were genuinely Hotel quality. The staff were friendly in a very Osaka-like way, making it an exceptionally relaxing and welcoming experience. A wonderful Hotel that I would definitely love to visit again.

I couldn’t take a summer vacation this year, so I came to Okuma Beach in October and was able to refresh both body and mind. Thank you. Everyone at the hotel truly put guests first, and the service was excellent.

I stayed for a two-night Multiple Night Stay as a solo traveler at Asanoya in Yumura Onsen. From start to finish, everything was comfortable, and it truly became a wonderful stay. Onsen & Room: The Room was spacious, clean, and very relaxing—I was able to spend the two days as comfortably as if I were at home. The quality of the Onsen water was exceptional; each time I soaked in it, the silky water felt wonderful on my skin and soothed my fatigue from the core. Meals: Above all, I was most impressed by dinner each evening. The dishes made generous use of seasonal local ingredients, and every item reflected careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. The presentation was beautiful and enjoyable to look at as well. Not only were the flavors excellent, but everything—from the choice of tableware to the perfect timing of serving hot dishes while still hot—was outstanding, making each meal a truly blissful experience. They prepared different menus for both nights, so I looked forward to dinner every day. Hospitality: The staff’s thoughtful care and the warm service from the attendant who served my meals were wonderful. Even though I stayed alone, I never once felt lonely—instead, I enjoyed a luxurious yet heartwarming time. This is an Accommodation I would love to visit again in another season. Thank you very much for such lovely memories!

Dinner this time was kept simple, but the quality was excellent, and both the taste and portion were completely satisfying. If I may make one request, the udon and ramen noodles at the buffet tend to get soggy, so I hope you can find a way to improve that—it's a shame because the broth is so delicious. This time as well, the in-Room bath uses Onsen water, so I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in its soothing warmth. How luxurious it is to have Onsen water come out just by turning the tap! I also used the large public bath this time and fully enjoyed the Onsen. Above all, everyone on the Hotel staff provided warm hospitality that made me feel welcome to relax as much as I wanted, so I was able to unwind completely. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights. There were four adults in one Room (Garden Twin), but even with four beds it didn’t feel cramped, and we were able to relax comfortably. Since it was a family trip, the spacious open closet was also great for preventing forgotten items. Each bed had its own power outlets, which was extremely convenient. We expected a garden-side Room, but we could also see the ocean from the balcony, which was wonderful. I also personally liked that you can choose only the services you need at check-in. Since I usually carry a water bottle, I really appreciated the water dispenser service available in the Hotel. We were able to enjoy plenty of delicious water. It would have been nice if the provided pitcher were a bit larger, but there were two so it wasn’t inconvenient. They were acrylic, so there was no worry about breaking when carrying them around, and they looked stylish as well. It was also fun to boil water in the cute De’Longhi thermos kettle and enjoy tea. As is common at many Resort Hotels these days, the pajamas here were very comfortable and helped me sleep soundly. A small detail, but both the Room trash bin and the bathroom trash bin had liners properly fitted, which made them easy to use. Breakfast around 8:00 was slightly crowded and there was some waiting time, but once we were seated we could relax at ease. We chose Western-style breakfast on day one and Japanese-style on day two; both were delicious and very filling. For dinner we chose BBQ, and on the second night they changed up the ingredients so we could enjoy something different. The carefully selected seafood and meat were all delicious, and there was more than enough food including rice and dessert. On the second night it felt like we had a private setting, and we truly appreciated all of the staff’s help. There is also a large public bath; it wasn’t an Onsen, but it was clean and relaxing, so we were satisfied. All of the staff members were pleasant as well—they spoke to us thoughtfully when needed without being intrusive—so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility offerings and services felt just right—not too much or too little—and it felt like a Hotel where you can relax at your own pace. It rained on our first day, but early on our second morning there was sunshower weather and we got to see a rainbow. We’d love to come back in another season to enjoy both morning and evening ocean views again.

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the night views and a morning stroll—an excellent base for sightseeing. The Room was spacious, and the bath area was separate from the shower booth, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s not a modern, highly functional Hotel, but it has a luxurious feel and offers great value for money. I think it’s an excellent Hotel for visiting the Bikan Historical Quarter. We used the luggage delivery service from Okayama Station. Since this Hotel was eligible, we could sightsee easily and comfortably.

A truly restorative stay, thanks to the staff’s warm smiles and hospitality. Taking paid leave to get away from my busy workdays, I stayed at this Accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff members from overseas spoke fluent Japanese and carefully explained each dish one by one, and with every piece of tableware beautifully designed, the delicious food tasted even better. I enjoyed it with both my eyes and my palate. Their gentle way of placing the plates, the timing of serving each course, and the timing of clearing dishes were all excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy the meal. The open-air bath in the Room was also fantastic. I was surprised by how many amenities were provided. The scenery was superb as well. It was raining, but the rainy view—with mist hanging in the distance—was a beautiful sight in its own right. The large public bath felt great with its dark-colored water. The objects displayed throughout the Hotel were fascinating; I found myself staring closely at a dragon made from driftwood. It was fun searching for all the different pieces around the property, and they’ll be great inspiration for ideas in my own work. Above all, I was impressed by how thoughtfully every staff member interacted with guests in every situation. For this price point, this Hotel offers exceptional hospitality—I highly recommend it. Even though I stay at Hotels about three to four times a month, this is one that truly stood out after quite some time. I also liked that altitude above sea level is shown on floors 2, 7, and 8. This is a Hotel I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

Although we stayed during the hot season, we were able to play in the river in front of the Hotel and had a great time. The water was clean and not too deep, and we were happy to see our dog enjoying it—it made us glad we came. We didn’t use it this time, but next time we’d like to have river-play photos taken. The meals also felt carefully prepared dish by dish. The salt-grilled ayu was delicious. At dinner, a female staff member was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was set up like a half-buffet system, and items that ran out were replenished promptly with attentive care. The bath water didn’t feel particularly like an Onsen, but the baths were spacious and relaxing. The open-air bath felt slightly hot. Given the times, it seems they are operating with a small team, but there were thoughtful touches such as a 24-hour self-checkout system at the shop and mops and small vacuums available in the changing area for guests to use. Since all guests had dogs with them, we could relax without worrying about others. We’d like to stay again during the autumn foliage season or when fireflies can be seen.

We stayed here as a family this time. The Room was very clean, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. If we have the chance to stay in Naha again, we would definitely like to use this Accommodation next time as well. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The male front desk staff member was wonderful, and it made me very happy. When I asked a question, he responded with far more flexibility than I expected, which truly impressed me. Thank you very much. He also listened to my conversation with my parents and kindly informed us of the bus schedule without us even having to ask—his thoughtful attention was very pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. Dinner was served at a fast pace, so it felt a bit rushed. Since we had the earliest time slot and other guests were coming in afterward, I understand it couldn’t be helped.

I stay in Hakone every year. This Hotel was relatively affordable among those in Hakone with private open-air baths in the guest Rooms, so I made a Reservation without high expectations. But the service was extremely attentive, the Room was very clean, and the Facilities were exceptionally well maintained... In short, it exceeded expectations by far. The staff’s sense of distance was very comfortable, and thanks to that I had a truly relaxing stay. I’m sincerely grateful. Thank you very much.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

Everyone at the Hotel welcomed us with warm smiles, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The large public bath was great, with a shampoo bar and a selection of hair dryers from brands like ReFa and YA-MAN, which was fun to try. Thank you very much.

The staff’s consistently warm, cheerful hospitality was so pleasant that it made us smile as well—an inn like that. We stayed with a baby, and they kindly helped by carrying our luggage at check-in and guiding us to seats, which was a big help. Even though we didn’t request anything in particular, they had already prepared a diaper disposal bin and baby soap in our room, which we really appreciated. The in-room sandals were slightly small, but when they noticed we were having trouble walking in them, they immediately offered to replace them—something that truly surprised us. At mealtimes our child got noisy and caused some inconvenience, but the staff never showed any displeasure and kindly suggested various ways to help calm things down, which meant a lot to us. The room was clean and spacious, and we were able to relax and enjoy quality time together as a family.
