I stayed here again this year during two consecutive days of diving in Yura. The Room was spacious, and I was very satisfied with the amenities and the delicious complimentary coffee at the front desk. Last time, I tried dinner for the first time and was very happy with it—reasonably priced and generously portioned—so this time I also tried breakfast for the first time, and it exceeded my expectations as well. Everyone at the front desk is very kind, and I always feel welcome here. Staying here is one of the highlights of my trip.

I stay here every time I visit Disney! I’m such a fan that I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Grand Nikko (lol). All the staff are so kind and attentive—I’m a huge fan (lol). Thank you always for a wonderful stay. I’ll be back again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The interior was beautiful, and the view from our ocean-view room was absolutely stunning. Every moment spent at the hotel felt special, making it a wonderful honeymoon memory. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with two options: Japanese cuisine focused on seafood and Okinawan dishes. Both were so appealing that it was hard to choose. There was a great variety, and we were completely satisfied from the morning! The pool was spacious with an amazing view, and we were able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious time. The staff were very kind and attentive as well—this is a hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This was my first stay at Toba International Hotel in two years, and I stayed in a Harbor View room for the first time. It was a comfortable, relaxing space where I could truly unwind. The staff’s attentiveness and service were excellent, and I had a very satisfying stay. Thank you very much. Dinner at Mondomisaki was also wonderful—the steamed spiny lobster dish, the abalone shabu-shabu, and even the appetizer jelly were all deeply flavorful and delicious. I would love to visit Toba International Hotel again next year as well. Thank you in advance.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive Accommodation, and I was able to enjoy the meals without any worries. There was an excellent selection of sake, and I enjoyed tasting a little of each with my meals and in the lounge. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I also appreciated being able to enjoy small conversations with them. The Room was spacious, clean, and well stocked with amenities, so I had a comfortable stay from arrival to departure. The only disappointment was that the weather wasn’t great, so I couldn’t do the stargazing I had been looking forward to. It gives me something to look forward to on my next visit.

I stayed here at the end of my trip to Hokkaido. The places I stayed before were wonderful as well, but this Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi Hotel was outstanding. Every dish at the buffet was delicious. I wanted to try more, but I got full and couldn’t eat everything, which I still regret a little. The kamameshi rice was especially good, and the meat was excellent too—in fact, everything I tried tasted great. When I went to the Onsen early in the morning (just after 5 a.m.), I saw staff baking bread. I had some at breakfast, and it was also very tasty. The moor Onsen had a gentle natural scent and a wonderfully silky feel on the skin; one night wasn’t enough. This time I couldn’t take my time sightseeing around Tokachi, so I would love to come back again next year. More than anything, what left me with such a great impression of the Hotel was an employee at the souvenir shop “Tamatebako.” The trainee wearing a training name badge had an amazing smile and provided excellent service. When I told them how pleasant they were, they responded with another lovely smile. Of course it comes down to personal qualities as well, but it also made me feel that the Hotel’s management philosophy must be excellent for staff like this to grow here. All of the other staff were wonderful too, and it reminded me that not only the Onsen and food but also people’s hospitality is what truly shapes a trip. Thank you for helping me make such great memories—I would like to stay again next year as well.

We stayed for two nights in late August on a family trip. On the first night, I became unwell (likely heat exhaustion due to Kyoto’s climate and lack of sleep), and you kindly adjusted how dinner was served. You also prepared an ice pack and cold water, and all the staff offered warm words afterward as well—I truly caused you a lot of trouble. The next day we returned to the Accommodation early after sightseeing, but housekeeping was completed quickly and the Room was restored to a comfortable state. Our child had brought a favorite stuffed toy, and seeing it seated on the sofa warmed our hearts. I was also impressed that all staff had shared information such as my avoiding caffeine and our child’s preferences, and handled everything so naturally with thoughtful care. The timing of your check-ins and sense of distance were just right, and we experienced truly wonderful hospitality. We used the Room as a family of three (our child is in 6th grade), and it felt neither too large nor too small. Having a bath in the Room was especially nice because we could use it whenever we wanted. The water temperature was set to 41°C, which feels hot in summer, but we could adjust it by adding water. The changing area had floor heating, which helped prevent us from getting too chilled after bathing. Towels and water were replenished as well, so even if we sweated after bathing, it was great to be able to use clean towels and clothes. Also, there was a lovely fragrance the moment we entered the Room, with incense throughout the building—these scent touches made everything feel special and out of the ordinary. Every meal was truly delicious. Our child has many dislikes when it comes to seafood, but you accommodated this thoughtfully; plus, both days’ menus were different so we could enjoy variety. In particular, the charcoal-grilled style dishes along with Anto-jiru soup, takikomi gohan (seasoned rice), and Wakan 18 tea were excellent—our child loved them too. Breakfast also came with many rice accompaniments that were all delicious. The soups and dashi-based dishes especially felt very “Kyoto,” which we appreciated. Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took care of us during our stay. We made wonderful memories in Kyoto thanks to you. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again as a family.

Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

My sister and I planned this trip to make my elderly parents’ wish to “come again” come true, and we returned for the first time in three years. My father, who has limited mobility, was hospitalized a few times during those three years, so we were truly happy that we could all visit again together. In the barrier-free connecting room we stayed in this time, you had already prepared the same items as last time—such as a dining table and shower chair—before we even asked. Thanks to that, my father was able to relax and fully enjoy the hot springs he loves, and we had a very comfortable stay. Every dish over both nights was delicious, with so many courses that we enjoyed them with our eyes as well. Thank you also for your thoughtful celebration—it became an unforgettable memory for our family. We are grateful for everything: the cheerful and attentive care from the staff member in charge of our room, the warm hospitality from all staff, and the station pick-up/drop-off service with a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. This parent-child trip was only possible because of Aoyama Yamato, and we were able to spend peaceful time with my parents again after so long. This is an inn where we feel safe returning again and again. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This was my first time staying here, and I’m glad I got to enjoy so many extraordinary experiences. The coastal drive in a Rolls-Royce—my first time riding in one—and the nighttime laser message show were beautiful and truly moving. From the terrace, I was soothed by the view of the Pacific Ocean just beyond and the sound of the waves. The food was also delicious. All of the staff were friendly and very kind. I made my next Reservation during my stay, so I’m looking forward to coming back again. Thank you very much.

The views are simply breathtaking. The property feels as if it was built to coexist with nature, leaving even the old trees untouched—I found myself wondering how many years they have stood there. The staff range widely in age, and it was wonderful to see even very senior team members working there. Perhaps because of the surrounding wilderness, everyone had such warm smiles and gave a bright, welcoming impression. The room uses a retro key lock rather than a modern card key, which may feel a bit inconvenient if you’re used to card keys, but I actually enjoyed the charm. With the bedroom separated from the living area, I slept very soundly. At night we had a sky full of stars, and in the morning a soft red sunrise—the sky was truly beautiful. Because dinner times are assigned in check-in order, ours was late; however, it was less crowded later on. We were also able to enjoy chuhai cocktails, juice, and snacks at the bar “Kiraku,” so we had no trouble waiting until dinner. At 10:00 p.m., they served complimentary late-night soba noodles—my first time trying it—and it was light yet delicious. There was a wine cellar in the room stocked with wine, and an open-air bath on the balcony. It was an extremely satisfying one-night stay (two days).

There is an Onsen with an open-air bath on the top floor of a high-rise building right next to Oita Station, offering a panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was delicious, and the buffet with a boxed set allowed me to choose my portion size while enjoying locally sourced ingredients and regional dishes. The Room size was average, but it was clean and well maintained. This time I traveled solo, but next time I’d like to come with my family.

I gifted my mother a stay here for her 75th birthday. She’s a real foodie who’s always trying restaurants, and she came home excited, saying, “The restaurant was simply amazing!” and “Dinner was especially outstanding!” They even celebrated with a dessert plate, and I’m truly grateful to all the staff. She also thoroughly enjoyed the snacks placed around the property and the great variety of books—making it the perfect celebration. This isn’t the kind of place that serves flashy dishes or relies on lavish luxury ingredients, so I hesitated a bit about giving it to my elderly mother—but it turned out to be exactly right for her! She said, “I was tired of the typical meals you find everywhere, so this was really wonderful,” “I hope more people learn how special it is,” and “It makes total sense that there are many international guests. It’s a truly rare restaurant where you can genuinely experience Japanese culture.” Looks like my choice as her daughter was spot on (lol). *On the other hand, if it’s not your style, it really won’t be—so please keep that in mind if you’re giving this as a gift!!!

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Bikan Historical Quarter, making it easy to enjoy the night views and a morning stroll—an excellent base for sightseeing. The Room was spacious, and the bath area was separate from the shower booth, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s not a modern, highly functional Hotel, but it has a luxurious feel and offers great value for money. I think it’s an excellent Hotel for visiting the Bikan Historical Quarter. We used the luggage delivery service from Okayama Station. Since this Hotel was eligible, we could sightsee easily and comfortably.

The view from the room was amazing. (The windows were so large that a lot of sunlight came in, so even in October it was hot and we turned on the air conditioning.) The open-air bath was spacious, and we could really relax. We also appreciated the complimentary ice pops and fruit vinegar after bathing! The food was delicious, and we especially liked the broth in the matsutake mushroom and pike conger eel dobin-mushi. The beef cooked on a ceramic plate was a bit tough for my 84-year-old mother (we should have taken it off a little earlier). The staff’s polite service was also very pleasant. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that there wasn’t a beer vending machine.

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Back when you were in Ginza, we used to visit often as a couple. At the time, work kept us busy every day, so being able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast here was pure bliss. We both loved your Japanese set breakfast (rice porridge), and I remember how much we looked forward to it. Recently, I learned that Dai-ichi Hotel is in Shimbashi, so I made a Reservation specifically to enjoy that memorable morning porridge again. This time we stayed in a Junior Suite, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff’s attentiveness and hospitality made it a wonderful birthday. Thank you very much. We’ll be back!!

This was our first trip to Arima Onsen at my parents’ request. We considered several luxury ryokan, but chose Choraku because we could enjoy both Kinsen and Ginsen. From the warm welcome on arrival to the send-off, in-room dining, and the staff in charge of the large public bath, open-air baths, and post-bath relaxation area—everyone fulfilled their role with genuine hospitality. In recent years we have tended to choose more private-style accommodations, so it was truly moving to experience once again the heartfelt service of a classic Japanese ryokan. Beyond the excellent hot spring water itself, we were soothed by the lush green setting of Ichii-no-Yu and amenities such as the steam sauna using hot spring vapor—perfect for relieving everyday fatigue. The head chef is clearly highly skilled; both the taste and presentation of each dish were outstanding and beautifully conveyed an autumn feel. One small suggestion: it would be nice if there were a cushion or other soft padding on top of the floor chair in the room for added comfort. Overall, this has been our number one stay among all the places we have visited so far. We will definitely return. Thank you very much for everything.

Kafuu is my No. 1. I’ve been to Okinawa over 10 times and stayed at Kafuu more than 5 times. At first I tried different hotels, but once I found Kafuu, it’s been Kafuu only! The breakfast, the spacious rooms, the staff’s politeness, and the hospitality—everything is truly top-class. There are many well-known hotels out there, but I feel Kafuu is just as outstanding. And at this price point, it’s honestly exceptional value. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Please try staying here at least once—you’ll feel how great it really is. More than 5 stars!
