We are also truly grateful for your thoughtfulness in preparing a breakfast box for us when we returned from the hospital. I stayed at Dormy Inn Aomori on a solo trip. I often use a Business Hotel when traveling alone, but this Hotel was far too wonderful to be called just a Business Hotel. First, the breakfast: a buffet with many local dishes—I ended up eating more than I should in the morning. Next, the baths: the water was very pleasant, and there is also an open-air bath and a sauna. I was disappointed to see a foreign parent and child soaking and throwing towels in the tub, but aside from that I could relax at ease. It was also fun to enjoy the complimentary ice cream while looking at the night view after bathing, and the late-night soba service was great as well. With smaller noodles and a light broth, even an elderly woman like me could enjoy it. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Aomori Station. The route is straight so it’s easy not to get lost, and it was convenient that there is an airport bus stop right in front of the Hotel. The male front desk staff were also very kind. Overall I was extremely satisfied except for a faint smell of cigarette smoke in my Room. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

We were completely satisfied with both the facilities and the meals! On top of the mountain, we noticed a smoky aroma—it turned out to be a campfire. We toasted marshmallows, and inside there was complimentary champagne service. The French cuisine was delicious, and we really enjoyed the wine. We were especially impressed by how tender the main beef dish was. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One small thing: it would be nice to have power outlets near the bed, and I also wished the mirror area were a bit brighter for easier use. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to stay again.

The distance from the station, the Hotel Facility, and the Room—everything was satisfying. Breakfast also offered a wide variety and was excellent. I was truly impressed for the first time in a while.

Everything was excellent. The hostess’s hospitality was especially wonderful. The staff also kindly introduced us to local spots and were very helpful, so we were able to fully enjoy Nagano. The Onsen was very relaxing, and the meals were truly delicate, beautifully presented, and delicious throughout. There was no excessive service like at a luxury Ryokan, which made it very comfortable. We would love to stay again when we visit Matsumoto.

Three subway stations—Akasaka Station, Tameike-Sanno Station, and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station—are within a 5–10 minute walk. From Tokyo Station, it cost about JPY 2,000–2,400 by taxi. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily walk back after dining out. If you go a bit farther and use the subway, Ginza, Shimbashi, and Tsukiji are also easy to reach. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room layout was well designed: the table and shelving were integrated and functional. There was also a compact sofa and stool, which made it convenient to eat in the room. The interior design and color scheme were calm and very nice. The bathroom/toilet/sink are in one unit bath; larger men may find it a bit small. However, the public bath is available from 6:00–9:00 and 15:00–25:00 (1:00), so using that should solve the issue. Also, while it felt difficult for women to do makeup at the sink area, there was a large tabletop mirror on the shelf above the table; placing it on the table made doing makeup easy. Breakfast offered both Japanese- and Western-style options and was very delicious. Beef tendon curry pudding bite-sized ohagi (sweet rice cakes) and various side dishes will leave you completely full!! There was also a wide variety of drinks—even green smoothies. In the women’s public bath area there were an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with around 10 washing stations. There were plenty of changing-room spaces and powder-room areas as well. Overall everything—the room public baths facilities throughout—was kept very clean making it feel safe comfortable And all staff greeted guests warmly which made me want to stay again. In particular I appreciated being greeted by staff cleaning in front of hotel Highly recommended!!

The staff provided excellent service, from our arrival to meal service. The large public bath and the Room were very clean, and the food was delicious, making our stay very comfortable. It became a wonderful memory of our family trip. Thank you very much.

From check-in, the staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and I knew it would be a wonderful stay. The Room was cozy and more than comfortable for a solo trip. The amenities were well stocked—even including toner and bath salts. The bathrobe was also very helpful. In the lounge, I could enjoy complimentary wine and even canned beer, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious as well. Choosing the breakfast-included plan was definitely the right decision. As an IKYU Diamond member, I was thrilled with the late check-out, complimentary minibar drinks, and a mini L’OCCITANE hand cream. With all of these perks included at such great value, it truly made for an amazing Hotel stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything this time.

This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

From the moment you step through the entrance, you can immerse yourself in the world of Ryoma Sakamoto. Within a modern, sophisticated design, there are countless subtle messages that those in the know will recognize, making it fun to explore like solving a mystery. What stands out most is the cuisine. Every detail feels intentional—why these ingredients, prepared this way, finished with these flavors, plated on this dishware, and served in this order—and you can truly sense a clear concept throughout. More than simply enjoying delicious food, I felt I was experiencing an extraordinary world, and it moved me deeply. The selection of books is also excellent. In addition to many Ryoma-related titles, there were plenty of thoughtfully chosen staff recommendations that were especially rewarding to read, enjoyed alongside complimentary delicious drinks. This was my first time staying at an accommodation that offers books by Professor Shizuka Shirakawa.

A friend told me last year that the Suzuka Circuit pool was great, so we stayed thinking we’d be tired after spending the day at the pool. The Hotel is conveniently located—it's close from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are shuttle buses inside, so it’s easy to get to the baths, restaurants, and front desk. The pool itself was excellent, with a variety of areas for everyone from small children to adults, and there are plenty of shops as well. The staff were also very helpful. We even bought tickets again the next day and went around the attractions. Our child will be three next year, so we’d like to come back again.

This was our nth stay across both the green and ski seasons, and once again we had a very comfortable visit. In particular, perhaps the head chef has changed, but the food was the best we’ve ever had here. The renovated open-air bath was also very relaxing. Staff regularly came by to clean up any debris in the bath area, and it reminded us that these small thoughtful touches add up to make the entire hotel so pleasant. We’d love to return when we have the chance.

I stayed here because I wanted to visit a well-known nearby izakaya, and I was impressed by the stylish, locally inspired interior and tasteful displays—it was a pleasure to look at. Breakfast was homemade, warm, and delicious. Thank you very much.

Just steps from the tram stop—perfect as a base for exploring the city! Toyama Castle is also nearby, making it ideal for an evening stroll. Don’t miss the breakfast—highly recommended! The local Toyama ingredients and dishes are delicious. You might end up eating too much.

The building is showing its age, but it is carefully cleaned, and the furniture and furnishings are well maintained. The ikebana arrangements are beautifully displayed and are said to be rearranged each time by the staff. The chef is from Nemuro and sources fresh seafood from there. The vegetables and meat are locally sourced from within Hokkaido. Every time, both the presentation and the flavor are excellent, and we enjoy our meal with genuine admiration. We plan to visit again next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The property and the Room were very clean, and it was quiet at night with little noise from the hallway or neighboring Rooms, so I was able to rest well. However, since it faces a major road, the loud exhaust noise from groups of modified cars echoed for a while, which was disappointing. Around 4:00 PM on a weekday, no one was in the large public bath, so I could enjoy it in luxury. I also appreciated the free ice cream after bathing. Breakfast was delicious as well. Whenever I passed the cleaning staff in the hallway, they greeted me pleasantly and left a very good impression.

The open-air bath in the guest room while looking out at the sea was amazing. The weather was neither hot nor cold for the season, so I could soak in the Onsen and then enjoy the sea breeze. It felt like I spent half of my stay soaking in the Onsen. The meals were, of course, delicious as well. The Accommodation arranged a sightseeing taxi for us, and we were able to fully enjoy Iki. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

I feel this every time: it’s conveniently located in the Tama area, close to Shinjuku, and it also makes driving home to Kanagawa smooth and easy. Richmond has truly taken great care of me. This time in particular, a female staff member at the front desk kindly explained how to use Points in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I was very happy. The double Room I’ve been using recently was also clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free drinking water and hot water service in the hallway—I enjoyed tea and coffee. In addition, having covered parking where you don’t get wet even when it rains, with an elevator nearby, is a real plus for guests. I look forward to staying with you again.

I always stay here. Even when I checked in late, the parking guidance was courteous and reassuring. I often arrive tired, but every time I’m surprised by how soundly I sleep. I will stay again.

I stayed here for one night during the May holiday period. The room was very clean, which was great. From the 15th floor, I could only catch a brief view of the Northern Alps in the evening and early morning, but if I’m lucky enough to get clear weather next time, it would be an outstanding stay. Breakfast was delicious as well—these days many Hotels seem to be putting more effort into their food, and I really enjoyed it. Overall, this is a highly rated Hotel. I hear it will relaunch this autumn as an international luxury Hotel brand, and I’m very much looking forward to it.
