Although I had originally booked a plan for a fully booked parking day, you kindly contacted me in advance to let me know a cancellation had come up and that I could use the hotel parking lot, which saved me the trouble of searching around—thank you so much. The tatami-style room was wonderful. It was compact, but the interior design and facilities made great use of the space, so it didn’t feel cramped even for two people, and we were able to stay very comfortably. If I had to mention anything, I would have loved a small mirror that could be used in the living area for makeup, and tissues in the washbasin area as well. I also appreciated that the wet areas were separated. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax with the bath salts provided at check-in. That said, I noticed black mold on the inside of the bathroom door and red mold on the floor; I would be even happier if those could be improved (they were right in my line of sight). Sorry for writing so much, but overall it was a lovely hotel! The front desk staff were polite and had wonderful smiles. I come to this area regularly for errands, and since it’s such a popular hotel, I hope I can make it my go-to place if possible. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I stayed for one night starting August 14. Every year around this time, I return from Saitama Prefecture to visit family graves, but since my family home was lost in the earthquake, I stay at a Hotel instead. In previous years, I stayed at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Ichibancho every year, but because the parking lot was always off-site, I learned about Sendai West Exit Premier near the station and stayed here for the first time. Since it’s close to the station, I was worried about parking availability, but I was glad I could park even before check-in time. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet Hotels, and their bathrooms are my favorite. If I had made my Reservation earlier, a slightly larger Room might have been available, but it was quieter than expected despite being near the station. The location is very convenient, so I would definitely like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

All staff were kind and courteous. It’s a wonderful hotel with an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, table tennis, a hot stone sauna, and a large public bath—plenty to enjoy even on rainy days. The room was spacious and clean, with the toilet and bathroom separated, so we had a very comfortable stay. When we come to Ishigaki Island again, this is the hotel we’d like to stay at.

We were looking for a Room that could accommodate a family of four, and chose this place because it’s close to New Chitose Airport—an excellent decision. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room has a properly separated bathroom and toilet. Check-in and check-out can be done by machine, so everything was very smooth. The staff were also very kind, and although it was a simple stay, we had a comfortable Accommodation experience. We didn’t use it, but we were also given information about the large public bath, so it seems like a good option for business trips as well. Thank you very much for all your help.

I stayed for three nights on a business trip. First of all, the location is excellent! There’s an entrance to Yaechika very close by, and it was convenient to be able to walk to Tokyo Station with hardly getting wet even in the rain. The Room is on the small side, but it felt compact and easy to use. There were plenty of amenities, and I especially appreciated the face masks. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, and I’d definitely like to stay again!

The building itself felt a bit old, and I noticed a slight odor inside, but the Onsen and seafood were truly outstanding. Since the large public bath alternates between men and women, I only used one side, but it was spacious and comfortable. The water left my skin smooth and moisturized—it felt amazing. There wasn’t a place inside the tub to sit (with about half your body out), so I couldn’t soak for too long, but the open-air bath had a great atmosphere and I could relax without worrying about others. Our Room came with a private open-air bath, and the tub was even larger than it looked in the photos—there was plenty of space for two people to stretch out comfortably. It might even fit around three people with ease. Best of all, it was free-flowing natural hot spring water, so fresh water kept pouring in continuously—it felt wonderfully luxurious and incredibly relaxing. The crab I’d been looking forward to was also delicious—I think it was my first time ever getting completely full from crab. I was very satisfied with the sashimi and the salmon at breakfast as well. Of course, the steak was also very juicy and tender... That said, it seems rice and miso soup at dinner were brought after we asked for them (I’m sorry—I must not have listened carefully because I was captivated by the beautiful crab right in front of me). By the time they arrived I was already quite full, so I wished I had requested them earlier. There were thoughtful touches throughout as well—like a footbath inside the property and self-serve coffee in the morning. Everyone at both the dining area and front desk greeted us with smiles and were very kind, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay; it ended up being a truly refreshing trip that helped us unwind. I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed on a Saturday night over the weekend, and perhaps because it operates as a Business Hotel, the pricing felt very affordable. I stayed in a twin Room; it was reasonably spacious and very well cleaned. However, there was no safe in the Room, which was slightly inconvenient. There is no shared bath inside the Hotel, but we were informed that it partners with a nearby Onsen Facility. I used the in-room unit bath, though the drainage felt a bit slow. The anago hitsumabushi for dinner was excellent and truly enjoyable. With its reasonable Accommodation Fee, this Hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Onomichi and enjoying Hiroshima’s famous conger eel.

As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. Since I traveled by car, I really appreciated being able to secure a parking space in advance. The Room was also relatively clean. There is a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. The amenities are minimal, so it would be nice if skincare items were available. It felt like the vast majority of guests were international travelers. I was able to relax and enjoy my time in the Room.

The staff’s warm smiles and excellent service were wonderful. The meals were Japanese cuisine, and we were very satisfied. The Onsen was also clean, and we were able to relax. It was a great Accommodation, conveniently located near Tenryu-ji Temple and the bamboo grove.

While the Hotel is undeniably old, the quality is very satisfying.

This is a Hotel where you can stay comfortably and casually.

I stayed here on the first day of my first trip to the San’in region. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing. When I asked for recommendations for nearby places to eat, they introduced me to an excellent local izakaya. I would like to stay here again.

It was a very clean Business Hotel where we stayed as a parent and child. My child was happy and said they would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It’s a Business Hotel close to the station, with a large public bath, and the breakfast is delicious—overall, I think it’s very good. Maybe it was just by chance, but I was a bit surprised because the sound of doors closing—from the floor above or the neighboring Room—echoed loudly. Also, what may have been the sound of drawers was very loud as well. Since it didn’t continue, it didn’t bother me after that. I was able to rest well and had a comfortable stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Yanagawa, I’d like to stay here again.

This is my second stay. I truly appreciate the free cancellation until 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Due to personal circumstances, there’s always a chance I may suddenly be unable to stay, so I have to be very careful when making a Hotel Reservation... But with this policy, I can plan my trip with peace of mind. I hope you can continue offering it without attracting irresponsible last-minute cancellations. Even if I ever have to cancel, I will definitely stay again next time. This time as well, although it was in the annex building, it was quiet and I was able to rest comfortably. Amenities are available for guests to take what they need, and the Room comes with a low pillow and a blanket. There was also deodorizing spray and a humidifier, which I really appreciated. I will stay again.

The Onsen was simply wonderful! Since we were traveling as a couple, we used the private family bath, and we slept soundly afterward. It was also lovely to soak in the footbath while watching the koi. Depending on the day of the week, there’s almost nothing around nearby, so you may want to have dinner at the Hotel or eat elsewhere in advance so you can relax. Also, I understand the eco-friendly approach with fewer amenities, but it would be very helpful if at least facial lotion were provided. Still, breakfast was delicious, and overall I’m truly glad we stayed!

First of all, we truly appreciated the shuttle service to Matsumoto and Ueda! All the staff were very courteous. Also, this was our second visit to Restaurant Kei, and it was wonderful—the dishes let us enjoy local Shinshu ingredients, the staff’s explanations were attentive, and they handled my friend’s allergies with great care. We couldn’t find a padded kimono jacket (tanzen) in the room, and it would have been even better if there had been coffee. We would love to visit again.

As described in the “Smart Ways to Use the Website” section, this hotel offers excellent value. The staff were welcoming, and the complimentary drinks in the lounge were great. It’s just a short walk from the station. You do step outside briefly, but even in the rain you can get there with hardly getting wet. I love traveling and stay at hotels all over Japan, and this one was especially comfortable. You can tell breakfast is prepared with great care—it was delicious. Don’t miss the curry either. There are many larger hotels near Hamamatsu Station, but choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision.

It was very comfortable and pleasant.
