I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

All the staff were very kind. My family of three stayed in the Room “Engetsu,” and it was spacious enough. The bath and dining area were on the same floor, so access was excellent. The bath was fully stocked—not only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but also facial cleanser, makeup remover, toner, and lotion—and the water had a wonderfully silky feel. The meals were outstanding as well. We enjoyed a relaxing sea bream feast in our Room. They even included beer as a complimentary service, and we were truly impressed by their thoughtful attention to detail. We had breakfast in the dining area; there was a great variety of side dishes, and everything was delicious too. When I visit Shirahama again, I would definitely like to stay at Akariya again.

It’s close enough for a day trip, so I’d never stayed in this area before, but this time I did. For this price, having breakfast included and five baths is beyond amazing. I didn’t expect much from the breakfast given the price (sorry), but it’s outstanding value for money. The staff’s guidance and hospitality were also excellent. I hesitate to leave a Review because it might make Reservations harder to get, but next time I’d like to try the evening restaurant too (it was closed on its regular day off). There are several Sano ramen shops nearby, so you can enjoy a ramen-hopping tour as well.

I stayed here with an acquaintance at the end of September. The entrance was wonderful, and at check-in we sat down while looking out at the beautiful river and enjoyed a welcome drink and some sweets. The Room had a pleasant woody scent, with a modern Japanese style, and was just the right size for two people. We stayed in an annex building, and were told we could enjoy a hot-spring tour by visiting HAZU across the river, so we went right after being shown to our Room. Both dinner and breakfast featured an incredible variety of dishes—it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. In particular, the wild boar soup at breakfast was served with miso balls that we dissolved ourselves, which made it even more fun. After breakfast we went to the bath again, and from check-in until the 10:00 check-out time, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Nagasaki to visit Poké Lids, as it’s close to the Togitsu stamp spot, offers free parking, and includes breakfast. The front desk was staffed by two men who were polite and courteous, and it felt like a Hotel that has been loved for many years. The Room was simple; if I had to mention one thing, I wish the unit bath door opened the other way, but that can’t really be helped. I also liked that the gown was the pull-over type. It didn’t come open, so I could sleep comfortably. Breakfast was delicious as expected. There was a wide variety of items, and the staff regularly wiped tables and refilled dishes with great attention to detail. If I have another chance to come here by car, I’d like to stay here again. We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

Stayed again. I use it for work and meetings with clients. As before, it’s a Hotel located in a love hotel district, but the Room is spacious and the bed is large, so you can sleep comfortably and relax. Dinner is included, but unfortunately prices have gone up and more menu items now require an additional fee, which was unexpected. The Room also has internet access, making it convenient for work, and overall it’s a comfortable stay.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). Thank you very much for everything.

The front desk staff were very kind, and while the Room itself was average, it was a Hotel that made me want to come back. The view from the Room was also wonderful, and I’d like to stay again on a clear day. Breakfast was delicious—I ate so much I overdid it. Thank you very much.

Used for a memorial service. There aren’t many shops in front of the station, but there is a shop inside the Hotel, as well as izakaya pubs, Komeda Coffee, and Ootoya. A convenience store and an Onsen Facility are on the opposite side of the station, about a 7–8 minute walk away. The Room has a unit bath, but there is also a large public bath (women’s side is locked). Loungewear and amenities are placed in front of the elevator; there are also a washing machine, ice maker, and microwave, which was convenient. Breakfast portions are small, but there are both Japanese- and Western-style options—more than enough. Recommended if you can allow plenty of time. Every staff member was pleasant and very kind, which made our stay comfortable. The Room isn’t large by any means, but it was clean; you can choose your pillow type; and there were welcome drinks including alcohol—overall excellent value for money and we were very satisfied with this Hotel.

I would like to stay again. This is an accommodation I would recommend to my friends. It was very relaxing.

Thank you for taking such great care of us on our dog’s first trip. Everyone on the staff was truly dog-first—playing with our dog and keeping them company—and we really appreciate it. Since our dog is large, you even upgraded us to a more spacious Room, and we’re so grateful for all your kindness. This is an Accommodation we’d love to visit again when traveling to Wakayama. The bath was also wonderful, with slightly silky natural hot spring water, and my skin felt so smooth the next day! Both our dog and we were completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

This time I stayed as a solo traveler. Even during meals, I didn’t feel self-conscious at all and was able to fully enjoy the dining experience. I used the Onsen upon arrival and again for a morning bath, and it felt wonderful—especially the carbonated bath, which I loved. I’d like to visit again. It was also an excellent base for sightseeing.

We usually travel as a couple a few times a year, mainly to Hakone, but this time we stayed one night at “Rinpo Kiryū” for our first family trip, including several celebrations. We have had the chance to visit many Accommodations, but we have never encountered one as wonderful as this—everything from start to finish was truly moving. We arrived about an hour before check-in time, yet we were warmly welcomed without hesitation. From the lovely commemorative photos for our celebration to the heartfelt message card with a photo, we were touched by the surprise hospitality and thoughtful care. We are genuinely grateful to have made so many unforgettable memories for our family trip. Thank you very much. Above all, what deserves special mention is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From greeting us on arrival to seeing us off at the end, every moment was outstanding, and we were able to spend a truly relaxing time. Our assigned staff member was incredibly kind and always smiling; we enjoyed chatting with them, and our whole family was impressed by their attentive care down to the smallest details. The guidance around the property—like a paradise far removed from everyday life—was also thorough and considerate, and everyone we met greeted us with warm smiles that put us at ease. The Room was very spacious and kept beautifully clean. The bed was also ideal for us—comfortable without sinking in or feeling overly soft. (My wife is quite particular about beds and rarely says this at other Accommodations; I was surprised when she said she wanted to stay another night and didn’t want to go home yet.) During our stay, there was a private open-air Onsen bath exclusively for our Room with free-flowing water from 100% natural source spring water—no added water or heating—from the rare Dogashima Onsen source said to be “legendary,” so we could enjoy an Onsen soak anytime we liked. In addition, there is an indoor hinoki Onsen bath, a private sauna, and even a pool, which allowed our family to enjoy many different experiences together. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; each dish was beautifully presented with great care and full of creative ideas from the chef. There were also many staff members on hand—the service felt perfect. In my experience so far, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where service is this attentive in every respect. More than anything else, being able to stay at “Rinpo Kiryū” became a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you again very much. We would love to visit again.

The property had a traditional Japanese style and was perfect for us as an elderly couple. From the attendants’ hospitality to the young proprietress seeing us off at check-out, and even driving us to the station, the service was impeccable. Above all, the meals were delicious and more than plentiful. If we have another chance to visit Atami, we would love to stay here again.

It’s a wonderful Hotel. The Facility is a bit old, but it is very clean and well maintained. Perhaps because there aren’t many Rooms, we were able to relax without running into many people in either the restaurant or the baths. The staff interacted with us at just the right distance. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. This time, we asked just one day in advance for special consideration for one person’s meal, and despite our demanding request, they kindly accommodated us with perfect dishes. Thank you very much. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful family trip. We would definitely like to stay again.

I often enjoy refreshing stays at luxury hotels mainly in central Tokyo with friends, but this time I ventured to Yokohama for the first time. The spacious room offered a wonderful view through the large windows, and I was able to spend a relaxing, luxurious time. When I returned from dinner, the drinks and towels we had used during the day had been replenished, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail and high-quality hospitality. This time, I also enjoyed afternoon tea and a teppanyaki dinner. The afternoon tea was not overly sweet, and it paired beautifully with a wide selection of teas, including original flavors. The teppanyaki dinner highlighted the excellence of the ingredients; every dish was delicious, and I was impressed with each course. From the room to the dining and service, everything exceeded expectations, making it a truly refreshing stay. I would love to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we truly had a wonderful time. The Room was spacious and spotless, with thoughtful attention to every detail. It was so comfortable that we honestly wished we could stay there forever. As a devoted fan of Toba Grand Hotel—and as “Donguri Captain”—please allow me to share a few ideas with heartfelt appreciation: 1) Extend lounge hours (until 11:00 p.m.) Spending time in that sophisticated lounge is truly special. If guests could enjoy complimentary drinks until 11:00 p.m., the evening would become an even more memorable experience. 2) Revitalize the retro game arcade & festival-style corner If an energetic “festival corner” were added to that nostalgic and welcoming game arcade area, it would surely become a signature spot where both adults and children—across generations—could have an amazing time together! 3) Seasonal limited-time “all-you-can-eat fruit” buffet feature For example, “all-you-can-eat strawberries” in early spring or “all-you-can-eat melon” in summer. Having seasonal highlight events at the buffet would help attract repeat guests throughout the year and generate even more buzz—I’m confident it would be a great success. Of course, I fully understand that your staff’s working environment and operational considerations must come first. With that in mind, I would be grateful if you might keep these ideas in mind simply as one fan’s dream of “how wonderful it would be if this became possible.” With Toba Grand Hotel’s potential—and the passion of your entire team—I truly believe you will continue to be the region’s undisputed number-one Hotel.
